• Coupons can be selected and used on the payment page.
• Coupons cannot be used outside the usage period and will expire after that.
• Coupons are non-transferable.
• Please carefully review the information at the bottom of each STAY reservation page, and violations will be dealt with according to STAY regulations.
• After the coupon usage period, the coupon will not be refunded in case of reservation cancellation.
• If cancellation fees apply, the coupon will not be refunded, and the cancellation fee will be deducted from the paid amount.
