4 POINT OF VIEW
The standard of stay by the STAYFOLIO
STAYFOLIO's picks should
meet the following 4 criteria
with equal emphasis
The 4 criteria are used for us to identify good places to stay,
and the selected places will be showcased in the Magazine section
We will explore the places that equally meet all 4 criteria and establish STAYFOLIO's standards.
- A space created by personal aspirations always has a story and special value. Finding a gem out of cookie-cutter accommodations and digging deeper for the hidden stories and values of the place made of the long-standing aspirations and dreams were some of the reasons we decided to launch STAYFOLIO. A place selected by STAYFOLIO should have its uniqueness and special value.
- To build a great house, you need a good architect and a good designer who share the same values with the owner. The design should not just focus on the aesthetic quality of the building itself, but it should also consider the harmony with its surroundings. We will shine the light on the work of the good architects and the good designers who brought the design completeness to another level through rigorously seeking ways to make a stay special.
- A good space reflects the attitude of the owner. Good outer appearance doesn't always mean a good place. The value of a stay goes up with the attention and consideration of the owner who manages the place. We introduce places with positive feedback from the guests who have returned to the same places over the years, and share the philosophy of the property owners who are leading a culture of good stays.
- The price is an objective index of value for a place. We assess the quantitative value of a place based on the atmosphere and charms the place offers. We try to create a standard price point at which travelers feel reasonable after a stay.
