밭과 과수원 너머로 웅장함을 뽐내는 산방산이 보입니다. 그 아래 제주를 꼭 닮은 두 동의 스테이, ‘재재소소’가 있습니다. 재재소소로 처음 들어서면 ‘재재’과 ‘소소’ 사이 긴 통로로 자연히 시선이 따라갑니다. 그 끝에는 작은 정원이 보이고 그 위로 층층이 제주의 자연이 시선을 사로잡습니다. 진짜 제주에 왔음을 실감하게 하는 순간입니다. 

Amidst the grandeur of Sanbangsan, visible beyond the fields and orchards, lie two residences that closely resemble Jeju itself: 'Jaejaesoso.' Stepping into Jaejaesoso, your gaze naturally follows the long corridor between 'Jaejae' and 'Soso.' At the end, a small garden comes into view, with layers of Jeju's captivating natural scenery captivating your sight. It's a moment that truly makes you feel like you've arrived in Jeju.

재재소소는 ‘재재동’과 ‘소소동’으로 나뉘어 있습니다. ‘재재동’은 중앙의 온수풀을 중심으로 세부 공간이 단층으로 넓게 펼쳐져 있으며, ‘소소동’은 2층의 건물을 활용해 제주 안덕의 자연을 한껏 담습니다. 두 동은 모두 사계절 내내 이용할 수 있는 프라이빗한 온수풀을 비롯해 노천탕과 사우나가 마련되어 있습니다. 충분한 공간으로 6명의 가족이 와도 편안히 머물 수 있습니다. 여유로운 시간을 가질 수 있는 거실 겸 다이닝 공간, 독립된 우리만의 야외 정원에서 즐기는 식사 공간은 머무는 동안의 추억을 더욱 풍요롭게 만듭니다. 

Jaejaesoso is divided into 'Jaejaedong' and 'Sosodong.' 'Jaejaedong' features a spacious single-story layout centered around a central hot spring pool, while 'Sosodong' utilizes a two-story building to embrace the beauty of Jeju's Andeok region to the fullest. Both sections offer private hot spring pools, outdoor baths, and saunas that can be enjoyed throughout the seasons. With ample space, Jaejaesoso comfortably accommodates up to six families. The living and dining areas, designed to allow leisurely time, and the dining space in our own independent outdoor garden enrich the memories of your stay.

- No smoking in all areas of the property. Special cleaning fee is charged in case of violation.
- Usage of flammable items is strictly prohibited.
- Please refrain from cooking any food with strong odors or smoke inside of the property.
- Compensation fee will be charged in case of loss or damage to beddings or equipment.
- To protect the environment, disposable items are not provided so please bring your own personal hygiene items. 
- Commercial photography and video shooting without prior agreement are not allowed.
- Please contact us in advance for commercial rental filming. 
- The property is in a residential area so please refrain from making loud noises during late hours.
- Disinfection service is carried out regularly but bugs and insects may still come in due the natural surrounding of the area. Refund is not possible for these reasons. 

THINGS TO KNOW

- If the pool is not available due to unpredictable facility breakdown, 10% of the accommodation fee will be refunded.
- Usage of bath products that may cause damage is prohibited,
- Open hours is until 9pm, and lights will be automatically turned off. 
- Eating and drinking are not allowed in the pool.
- Please wear swimsuit in the pool. 

WATER POOL

- Only available in SPACE room with private barbecue facilities. 
- Additional 30,000KRW is charged when selected in Option. 
- BBQ is available until 10pm. 
- If BBQ service is not available due to bad weather, we will give you a refund. 
- BBQ service can only be prepared if applied in advance. It is difficult to prepare after check-in. 
- You cannot apply after check-in, so please apply before check-in. 

- CCTVs are installed for the guests’ safety.

- 모든 공간에서 절대 금연입니다. 위반 시 특수청소비가 청구됩니다.
- 화재의 위험으로 모든 공간에서 화기 사용을 엄격히 금지합니다.
- 취사가 가능한 숙소이나, 연기와 냄새가 나는 음식(고기, 생선 등)의 조리를 금지합니다.
- 침구나 비품에 심각한 오염이 발생한 경우, 파손 및 분실 등에 변상비가 청구됩니다.
- 협의되지 않은 상업 사진 및 영상 촬영(광고용, 제품사진, 쇼핑몰, SNS마켓 포함), 드론 촬영은 불가합니다.
- 촬영이나 대관의 경우 반드시 사전 문의주시기 바랍니다.
- 전문 방역 업체를 통해 주기적으로 소독과 방역을 진행하고 있으나 주변환경의 특성 상 벌레가 유입될 수 있습니다. 이로 인한 환불은 불가합니다.

이용 규칙

- 예측불가한 시설고장으로 인해 사용이 어려울 경우 숙박 요금의 10%를 환불 해드립니다.
- 오염이 발생할 수 있는 입욕제 사용을 제한합니다.
- 이용 시간은 오후 9시까지이며 이후 조명이 자동 소등됩니다.
