  • January, July, August and December are peak seasons.
  • Peak Season (Fri,Sat) fee is applied on the day before and the actual day of national holidays.

HAND OVER STAY VOUCHER
  • Resale, hand-over, transfer, or exchange of stay vouchers is prohibited.
RESERVATION INFORMATION
  • After making a reservation, a confirmation message will be sent when payment is completed according to the payment method.
  • If the reservation is not possible, the refund will be processed after cancellation.
  • If the 'reservation application' is duplicated, the reservation will be confirmed in the order of application, not in the order of payment.
  • If payment is not made within 12 hours of payment by bank transfer, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
  • Cash receipts can be issued when payment is made through a bank transfer. Please apply at the time of reservation.
CANCELATION NOTICE
  • Submitting a reservation request means that you have read and agree to all of the above.
  • If you cancel on the day of payment, the same refund policy applies once the booking is confirmed. Please check your travel dates carefully before booking.
  • If you wish to cancel your reservation, please log in and click the [Reservation Cancellation Request] button in the reservation information.
  • Please check the refund policy of the stay before requesting cancellation, and the refund policy will be applied based on the date of the cancellation request.
Things to note
GUIDELINES
  • You will receive an email/text message with the check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival date.
  • Please respect the check-out time for room cleaning.
  • Exceeding the maximum occupancy is prohibited.
  • Only guests listed on the reservation can enter the property.
  • Usage of flammable items is strictly prohibited in all areas of the property.
  • Please refrain from cooking any food with strong odors or smoke inside of the property.
  • Compensation fee will be charged in case of loss or damage to bedding, equipment, facilities etc.
  • To reduce waste, we do not provide toothbrushes and toiletries. Please bring your own.
  • Do not attach balloons or tape to the walls of the hanok for events, and do not use props with glitter.
  • Please use amenities only inside the stay and do not take them.
  • Please wash and organize used cooking utensils and tableware.
  • Please always remain vigilant to prevent safety accidents in the stay.
  • Commercial photos and videos that have not been agreed upon (including commercials, product photos, shopping malls, and social media markets) and drone photography are not allowed.
  • Please contact us in advance for commercial rental filming.
  • The property is in a residential area so please refrain from making loud noises during late hours.

    • Guests are not allowed to take the amenities home with them. Please use them only during your stay.
