Located about two and a half hours from Tokyo, the Hoshino Resort Kai Matsumoto in Nagano Prefecture is a ryokan located in Asama Hot Springs. The historic hot spring can be enjoyed in thirteen different ways of eight different types, which has long been a favorite of many people. Moreover, it presents a program that is unique to Matsumoto, the city of music, and every night different concerts are held in the lobby. Let's enjoy some jazz and classical music while taking a vacation in Matsumoto.


총 네 가지의 객실 타입이 있으며, 에도 스미나가시로 염색한 장지 그림과 문살 장지 등의 전통 공예를 곳곳에 배치하여 디자인하였다. 널찍한 다다미 위에서 팔다리를 뻗고 편안한 휴식의 시간을 가질 수 있다. 특히 침대는 호시노 리조트에서 직접 개발한 매트리스로 구성되어 있는데, 구름 위에 떠 있는 듯한 느낌을 담았다. 또한 북 알프스의 웅대한 산자락을 바라볼 수 있는 객실 또한 준비되어 있다.


Four types of rooms are available, and traditional crafts such as Jangji paintings dyed with Edo Suminagashi and Munsal Jangji are displayed throughout. On a spacious tatami, you can relax comfortably with your arms and legs stretched out. Specifically, the bed features a mattress developed by Hoshino Resort itself, which provides a sense of floating on clouds. Furthermore, there are rooms from which you can view the magnificent Northern Alps.

Kaiseki, using natural, seasonal ingredients nurtured by Nagano's clear water and land, is served at the restaurant. Enjoy delightful cuisine that satisfies both your eyes and your taste buds, paired with Nagano wine. You can enjoy a wonderful combination of wine and Kaiseki.

In line with the Lobby Concert, "Shinshu Wine Bar" opens offering Nagano's recommended wine. Enjoy music with snacks.

The historic "Asama" hot spring used to be a bath dedicated to the lord of Matsumoto Castle. The hot spring water gently envelops the skin and warms the body. The baths include outdoor bath, indoor bath, cypress sawdust bath, and etc. You can enjoy hot springs to your heart's content in 8 types and with 13 different ways.
