Do you remember the hideout you used to hang out with your friends in your childhood? That place was our base. Our hideout where we felt liberated for no reason may be gone now, but there is a special hideout as you follow into the maze-like alleyway of Changshin-dong Jongno-gu, Seoul. The host created the daily space his mother used to live in into Chang-shin Creativehouse with the mindset 'imitate the old and create new things'.
You can experience tea time of Chacha Tea Club in Chang-shin Creativehouse. In that space, there is a guidebook explaining each movement of tea ceremony procedure. Each step is briefly written in one sentence so anyone can deeply experience the tea ceremony. ChaCha Tea Club heals our days by focusing on tea leaves selection and drinking tea. It would be nice to spend time to fill your mind through meticulous teaism in Chang-shin Creativehouse.

    • Exceeding the maximum occupancy and visitors are not allowed to enter.
    • Please understsand that Chang-shin Creativehouse is off on Monday and Tuesday.
    RANGE OF DATES AVAILABLE FOR RESERVATION
    • Each time midnight passes, +1 day will be automatically added.(Based on Korean time)
    • Reservation can be made up to 120 days after today.
    NO KIDS ZONE
    • No kids are allowed in the stay.
    PETS
    • Pets can be on the property but not indoors. (1 small dog under 8kg can enter)
    • Maximum of 1 small dog under 8kg can enter without extra fee.
    • Pet supplies are not provided separately.
    • When companion animals are accompanied, a fence is installed and pets are not allowed beyond the fence.
    • Pets are not allowed in the spa and the area in front of the spa.
    • In the case of severe contamination/damage to bedding, furnishings, facilities, etc. due to accompanying pets, compensation and special cleaning fees will be charged.

    HAND OVER STAY VOUCHER
    • Resale, hand-over, transfer, or exchange of stay vouchers is prohibited.

    GUIDELINES
    • Check-in is at 3pm, check-out is at 11am.
    • Please observe the check-out time for room set up purposes.
    • No smoking in all areas of the property. Special cleaning fee is charged in case of violation.
    • Compensation fee may be charged in case of loss or damage to bedding, equipment, or facilities.
    • Because this is a private stay with self-check-in, CCTV is installed towards the main gate.
    • The use of candles in the accommodation is prohibited, and a special cleaning fee will be charged if traces of use such as candle wax are found.
    • This is a quiet residential area, so please refrain from making loud noises at late hours.
    • Disinfection service is carried out regularly but bugs and insects may still come in due the natural surrounding of the area. Refund is not possible for these reasons.
    • Commercial photography and video shooting without prior agreement are not allowed.
    • Violation any policies above will result in immediate eviction without refund.
    INDOOR TUB
    • Bath products (various flower petals, popori, herb etc) that could cause drain problem are prohibited.
    KITCHEN
    • Please refrain from cooking any food with strong odors or smoke inside of the property.
    PARKING
    • Parking space is available.
    • Please use the Nara Building parking lot near Chang-shin Creativehouse.
    • Parking is available for up to 1 vehicle, and parking fee is paid at Chang-shin Creativehouse.
    CLEANING SERVICE
    • Cleaning service is provided when staying over or equal to 3 consecutive nights.
    CCTV
    • CCTV is installed towards the main gate for the guests' safety.
