Inspired by Ryuichi Sakamoto's Coda, Stay Coda is a Japanese-style home with a North European atmosphere. It is a structure that empties a little rather than filling it all, filling the empty space with the warmth of a person. The word 'Coda', which means the finale, is intended to decorate the beautiful end of Jeju's trip here. Coda hopes that guests can have another fresh start after resting here.
The host didn’t fill the space intentionally so warmth of the guests can create different atmosphere each time. Coda provides spots that allow you to spend time contemplating or emptying your thoughts. Enjoy a special time blankly look at the garden from the wooden veranda and take a warm bath in the bathtub to relieve your tiredness.

    Facing Coda from the Acoustic Mansion, you can park in the free parking lot that is located at the end of the road, where the No entry sign is placed. The stay is about a minute walk. You can also use the street at the corner around the entrance of the stay.

    Coda - main house 2/3 from 270,000 KRW

    • Additional 50,000 KRW is charged per person/night when exceeding the standard occupancy.
    • Peak season is July-August, public holidays, and the end of the year.
    DISCOUNT BENEFIT
    • 10,000 KRW discount per night is applied when staying for over 2 consecutive nights during low season weekdays. (Sunday - Thursday)
    • Discounts do not apply during peak season, weekends, year-end and public holidays.
    • Discount is applied automatically during reservation.
    • It cannot be applied with Promotion discount.
    NO-KIDS ZONE
    • No kids are allowed in the stay due to safety reasons.

    RESERVATION CANCELLATION
    • If you wish to cancel your reservation, please log in and click the [Reservation Cancellation Request] button in the reservation information.
    • Please check the refund policy of the stay before requesting cancellation, and the refund policy will be applied based on the date of the cancellation request.

    GUIDELINES
    • Check-in is 4 pm, check-out is 11 am
    • You will receive a text message with the check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival date.
    • Early check-in/late check-out are not available due to cleaning and maintenance time.
    • Exceeding the maximum occupancy is prohibited.
    • Only guests listed on the reservation can enter the property.
    • Minors cannot stay without a guardian (legal representative).
    • No smoking in any areas of the property.
    • Usage of flammable items is strictly prohibited in all areas of the property. Special cleaning fee will be charged if traces of use such as candle wax are found.
    • Compensation fee will be charged in case of loss or damage to bedding, equipment, facilities etc. Please be careful not to leave indelible marks such as ballpoint pens, and contact the host if contamination occurs on the bedding.
    • It is a quiet residential area, so please be considerate of outside noise during late hours.
    • Cooking using a microwave oven and coffee pot is possible, but cooking food that requires fire is not possible.
    • Please wash and organize used cooking utensils and tableware.
    • For garbage, please purchase a garbage bag at Hanaro Mart or a nearby mart and throw it away at the Clean House. Suwon-ri Clean House is a 5-minute walk away.
    • Disinfection service is carried out regularly but bugs and insects may still come in due the natural surrounding of the area.
    • Commercial photos and videos that have not been agreed upon (including commercials, product photos, shopping malls, and social media markets) and drone photography are not allowed.
