Daman is a space uniquely designed for one team. This is an independent stay where you can enjoy a exclusive and comfortable time with family, friends, and your loved ones.

It is a spacious space that can accommodate up to 7 guests. Two queen-size beds and one single-size bed are provided, and two single-size bedding sets are provided for additional guests.

TOGETHER

The swimming pool in the spacious outdoor yard is available in all seasons except winter. In spring and autumn, it can be used as a heated pool and a sky awning is installed.

広い庭に設けられたプールは、冬季を除くすべての季節にご利用いただけます。春、秋には温水プールとして利用でき、ひさしが設置されています。

최대 6명까지 수용이 가능한 넓은 공간으로, 퀸 사이즈 침대 2개와 싱글 사이즈 침대 1개, 인원 추가 시 싱글 사이즈의 베딩 세트 1채를 제공해드립니다.

너른 야외 마당에 마련된 수영장은 동절기를 제외한 모든 계절에 이용이 가능합니다. 봄, 가을에는 온수풀로 이용이 가능합니다.

경주 금성로의 서천 옆에 위치한 담안. 담 너머 안쪽은 바깥과는 조금 다른 시간이 흐르고 있습니다. 아이가 도담도담 자라며 쌓여온 이곳에서의 따뜻한 추억이 머무는 이에게도 닿기를 바랍니다.

- 침구나 비품, 시설 등에 오염, 파손 및 분실이 발생한 경우 변상비가 청구됩니다. (지정된 침대 이동 절대금지)
- 조용한 주택가에 위치하고 있어 늦은 시간 외부로 소음이 발생하지 않도록 배려해 주시기 바랍니다.
- 협의되지 않은 상업 사진 및 영상 촬영(광고용, 제품사진, 쇼핑몰, SNS마켓 포함), 드론 촬영은 불가합니다.
- 촬영이나 대관의 경우 반드시 사전 문의주시기 바랍니다.

이용 규칙

- 동절기(11월-3월)를 제외한 기간에는 수영장 이용이 가능합니다. 청소시간을 제외한 오전 10시~오후 7시까지 사용이 가능하며 하절기(7월-8월)에는 무료로 이용하실 수 있습니다.
- 하절기를 제외한 4월-6월과 9월-10월에는 미온수풀로만 이용이 가능하며 60,000원(1일)의 이용료가 발생합니다. (물 온도 : 약 30도)
* 스테이 사정에(비,바람,천재지변등등)의해 수영장 이용이 제한(자동취소)될수 있습니다.
* 당일및 급예약은 이용이 불가하며 스테이예약시 예약하셔야 합니다.

- The swimming pool is available except for the winter season (November-March). It can be used from 10 am to 7 pm, excluding cleaning hours, and is free of charge during the summer season (July-August).
- Excluding the summer season, from April to June and from September to October, only the lukewarm water pool is available, and a fee of 60,000 KRW (per day) is incurred. (Water temperature: about 30 degrees)
- For consecutive nights, please fill in the date you wish to use in the request box.

- Additional 20,000 KRW is charged when selected in Option. 
- Barbecue grill, disposable grill charcoal, tongs and gloves are provided.
- Automatic cancellation and refunds in case of rainy weather regarding the use of BBQ are provided.
