'The Woman's House' in Jeonju Hanok Village is an inspiration from a line in a poem of the same name by the Korean poet Kim Yongtaek. As you walk along one of the streets in Seonbi-gil, where the guesthouse is located, you will find yourself slowing down as if you are walking into the past. Balancing between past traces left in the Korean traditional housing and modern elements, 'The Woman's House' was designed for guests to spend slower-paced, relaxing times during their stay. With bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, front yard and wooden floor deck, the place is ready to warmly welcome its guests to rest and relax in cozy atmosphere with years of history.
The highlight of 'The Woman's House' is its wooden floor deck that connects inside and outside and invites you to get immersed in the magnetism of the Korean traditional housing. The front yard is filled with pine trees, green grass and flowers that bloom beautifully every spring.
