Gleam Villa is located at the surfing mecca of Yangyang's Jukdo Beach. While gazing at the sea is soothing, watching surfers or experiencing surfing firsthand is an even more special experience. Like its name suggests, "GLEAM" captures the shimmering beauty of the sunlight dancing on the ocean waves.

The exterior of the building, to break away from the monotony of high-rise structures, features slight angles and is finished with limestone in a soft hue that complements the sea. Sustainability was prioritized for both the exterior and interior using coatings and tiles. The rooms are divided into three types: "4F, 5-8F, PH." The 4F, with beige and wood-toned finishes, offers a private pool of elongated shape and a spacious terrace for exclusive use. The 5-8F spaces feature a gray-toned interior with private pools enveloping the rooms. Enjoy your private time in the indoor jacuzzi space overlooking the sea. Lastly, the PH space with black and gray finishes offers an infinity pool located on the rooftop and bedrooms separated into duplexes. On the 2nd floor of the building, there is also a lounge area where guests can enjoy a welcome drink. Here, where Yangyang's radiant beach meets the serene pine trees, awaits a gleaming day.
