In Jeju dialect, “Glla” means “Let’s go.” As a child, I often heard the phrase “Batdi Glla!” (Let’s go to the tangerine orchard!) when I reluctantly went to help in the orchard. Now, with the creation of our family retreat, “Glla Haus,” “Glla!” has become a word of excitement. Designed as a space where you can feel both the comfort of home and the thrill of being on a journey, we hope it offers a unique experience.
Glla Haus is located in a peaceful neighborhood, not far from the airport, where many locals reside. The space blends an exotic yet cozy interior, with tangerine orchards and gardens visible from every window. Using classic furnishings and natural materials, the house exudes warmth and comfort. Enjoy meals with a view of the lush greenery, pick fresh seasonal vegetables for your cooking, or take a leisurely bike ride through the neighborhood, picking up a loaf of bread along the way. Spend your day embracing the simple joys of life.
From the window, you can see the vegetable garden. Our private attic is the perfect place to enjoy music, books, and quality time in a cozy, hideaway setting.
A spacious dining area with a table overlooking the garden. Gather with loved ones to cook and share a delicious meal.
From every space, you can enjoy a garden view that lets you embrace the island’s natural beauty. Feel the changing seasons as you experience nature, even indoors.
