As you follow the quiet country road of Hangyeong-myeon, Jeju-si, you will come across a gray brick house. This house is named 'Graybox', and it is full of dynamic energy rather than calmness. With a tangerine field below, this house's interior is harmoniously combined of Latin wood and blue, which creates an illusion as if you are traveling Southeast Asia.

Nowadays when we tend to worry rather than anticipate meeting someone in daily life, Graybox becomes the best refuge for us. Why not spend some time comfortably with family and friends in a long time. It would be nice to chit chat gazing upon the scenery of Jeju from the terrace. Cautiously melt the frozen concept of meeting people by spending time with your loved ones.

Additional bedding is not provided.
July, August, Lunar New Year holidays, and Chuseok holidays are the peak season.

On the first of every month at 6 pm, reservations will open for the next 3 months.
You can reserve maximum 3 nights.

Confirmation of reservation means that you have read and agree to all of the above.
Full refund will be made if the guest provides documents that prove flight/ship cancellation due to bad weather on the check-in day.
Even if you cancel on the day of payment, the same refund policy applies after the reservation is confirmed. Please make a reservation after carefully checking the travel date before making a reservation.
If you wish to cancel your reservation, please log in and click the [Request Cancellation] button in your reservation details.
Please check the refund policy of the accommodation before requesting cancellation, and the refund policy will be applied based on the date of the cancellation request.

HAND OVER STAY VOUCHER

Resale, hand-over, transfer, or exchange of stay vouchers is prohibited.

GUIDELINES

Check-in is at 4 pm, check-out is at 11 am.
Early check-in/late check-out are not available due to cleaning and maintenance time.
No smoking in any areas of the property. Special cleaning fee is charged in case of violation.
Compensation fee will be charged in case of loss or damage to bedding, equipment, facilities etc.
Please refrain from cooking any food with strong odors or smoke inside of the property.
Due to the nature of the area, there may be bugs. Refund is not possible for these reasons.
Guests are responsible for safety accidents caused by negligence in safety management. We are not responsible for loss of valuables when you are out.
Commercial photos and videos that have not been agreed upon (including commercials, product photos, shopping malls, and social media markets) and drone photography are not allowed.
Cleaning service is not provided.

BBQ (OPTIONAL)

Additional 30,000 KRW is charged when selected in Option.
Charcoal, stone stove and grill are provided, but please bring your own meat or vegetables.
BBQ may not be available depending on the weather.

POOL

Swimming pool access is free.
If you want to use the hot pool please reserve at least a day before.
Additional fee is charged for using hot pool.

In November and March, the amount of 50,000 KRW will be added to the prices above.
During winter season (December-February), hot water pool may not be available depending on the weather.
