- No smoking in all areas of the property. Special cleaning fee is charged in case of violation.
- Usage of flammable items is strictly prohibited.
- Compensation fee will be charged in case of loss or damage to beddings or equipment.
- To protect the environment, disposable items are not provided so please bring your own personal hygiene items.  
- Commercial photography and video shooting without prior agreement are not allowed.
- Please contact us in advance for commercial rental filming. 
- The property is in a residential area so please refrain from making loud noises during late hours.
- Cooking is not allowed, but microwave and cutlery to have simple meals are provided. 
- Disinfection service is carried out regularly but bugs and insects may still come in due the natural surrounding of the area. Refund is not possible for these reasons.

- 오후 5시 이후에는 일반 관광객의 진입이 제한되며, 이웃 주민들을 위해 소음에 유의해 주시기 바랍니다.
- 전문 방역 업체를 통해 주기적으로 소독과 방역을 진행하고 있으나 주변 환경의 특성상 벌레가 유입될 수 있습니다.

중간 정비

- 안전과 방범을 위해 (외부 / 뒷마당 방향으로) CCTV가 설치되어 있는 숙소입니다.

- 오염이 발생할 수 있는 입욕제 사용을 제한하며 위반 시 변상비가 청구될 수 있습니다. 

실내 욕조

- 客室内および庭など、施設全体は禁煙です。違反した場合、別途掃除代が請求されます。
- 寝具や備品に深刻な汚染が発生した場合、破損や紛失などの弁償費が請求されます。

- 商業撮影や貸館をご希望の際は、必ず事前に電話にてお問い合わせください。
- 午後5時以降、一般観光客の立ち入りが制限されます。近隣住民のため、騒音にご配慮ください。
- 防疫業者を通じて､定期的に消毒・防疫作業をしています｡ただし､周辺環境の特性上､虫が入ってくる場合があります。これによる払い戻しは致しかねます。

■ 중간 정비는 3박 이상의 예약시 제공됩니다. 중간 정비를 희망하시는 경우 해당 옵션을 선택해 주시길 바랍니다. (미선택 시, 정비가 제공되지 않습니다.)
