'Hyo-ok (俏屋)' means 'a beautiful and sophisticated house', and is a space that naturally combines the antiquity of a traditional Hanok and modern comfort. It is a Hanok built in the 1920s that was reinterpreted with a modern sensibility, boasting a sophisticated interior that harmonizes vintage details and traditional colors. It is located near Dongdaemun in Seoul, so you can also feel the local lively atmosphere of the nearby Dongmyo Vintage Market, Cheonggyecheon, and Gwangjang Market.

Hyogok is a 15-pyeong independent accommodation that adds a vintage feel to the traditional Korean house structure. The living room and bedroom are decorated with warm colors and retro props, and the kitchen has a large window to enjoy the stone wall scenery. The shower room, toilet, and washroom are separated for more comfortable use.
