이밤491은 디자인 회사를 운영하는 부부 호스트가 아이들의 일상에 자연이 가득하길 바라는 마음에 지은 집입니다. 설계부터 자재 선택, 시공까지 모든 공정을 감리하고 참여하였습니다. 빨리 만드는 집보다는 공정 하나하나에 정성과 이야기가 녹아드는 것이 더 중요했습니다.

각 방에 있는 창문 너머로 보이는 사계절 푸르고 솔향 가득한 소나무 숲은 이밤491을 더욱 특별하게 만듭니다. 맑은 날 아침이면 소나무 사이로 들어오는 싱그러운 햇빛이 편안함을 안겨줍니다.

잠깐이라도 편안하게 머무는 곳이 되었으면 좋겠습니다.

iBAM491 is a house built by hosts who run a design company in the hope that their daily lives will be filled with nature. We monitored and participated in all processes from design to materials selection to construction. It was more important to melt sincerity and stories into each process than to build a house quickly.

The four-season green, pine-flavored pine forest, seen through windows in each room, makes the IBAM491 even more special. On a clear morning, the fresh sunlight coming through the pine trees makes you feel comfortable.

I hope it will be a comfortable place to stay even for a short time.

- 조용한 주택가에 위치하고 있어 늦은 시간 외부로 소음이 발생하지 않도록 배려해 주시기 바랍니다.
- 계단 이용 시 주의하시기 바랍니다. 난간의 간격이 조금 넓습니다. 노약자나 유/아동 동반시 안전사고에 유의해 주시기 바랍니다.
- 자체방역을 통해 주기적으로 소독 작업을 진행하고 있으나 주변환경의 특성 상 벌레가 유입될 수 있습니다. 이로 인한 환불은 불가하오니 참고해 주시기 바랍니다.
- 사전에 협의되지 않은 상업 사진, 영상 촬영(광고, 제품사진, 쇼핑몰, SNS 마켓)은 불가합니다.

REFUND POLICY

- Compensation fee will be charged in case of loss or damage to bedding, equipment, facilities etc.
- Please refrain from cooking any food with strong odors or smoke inside of the property.
- Please wash and organize used cooking utensils and tableware.
- It is a quiet residential area, so please be considerate of outside noise during late hours.
- Please be careful when using the stairs. The railings are a bit wide apart. Please be aware of safety accidents when accompanied by the elderly or infants/children.
- Disinfection service is carried out regularly but bugs and insects may still come in due the natural surrounding of the area. Refund is not possible for these reasons.
- Commercial photos and videos that have not been agreed upon (including commercials, product photos, shopping malls, and social media markets) and drone photography are not allowed.
