- 만 14세 이하 이용시 침대, 마루, 족욕시설이 바닥과 단차가 있어 안전사고에 유의해야 합니다.
- 모든 공간에서 절대 금연입니다. 위반 시 특수 청소비가 청구될 수 있으며 경우에 따라 환불 없이 퇴실조치 될 수 있습니다.
- 비품 파손 및 훼손, 침구류 및 소파 패브릭, 벽/바닥 아이들 낙서등 오염 시 원상복구 비용이 청구되며, 고지없이 퇴실 시 별도의 손해배상이 청구될 수 있습니다.
- 전문 방역 업체의 방역 서비스를 받으며 정기적인 방역활동을 진행하고 있으나 주변 환경의 특성 상 벌레가 유입될 수 있습니다. 이로 인한 환불은 불가합니다.
- 3박 이상 숙박에는 요청 시에만 중간 청소가 제공됩니다.
- 객실 내 비린 생선구이, 바베큐, 튀김류, 갑각류(대게 찜) 등의 냄새가 심한 음식은 취사가 불가합니다. 포장 음식을 따뜻하게 데워 드실 수 있도록 하는 정도의 키친 비품이 준비되어 있으며, 간단한 취사 및 포장음식 추천드립니다.
- 안전 관리 소홀 및 부주의에 의한 안전 사고의 책임은 게스트에게 있습니다.
- 협의 되지 않은 상업 사진 및 영상 촬영(광고용, 제품사진, 쇼핑몰, SNS마켓 포함), 드론 촬영은 불가합니다. 촬영이나 대관의 경우 반드시 사전 문의주시기 바랍니다.
- 객실내 비치 되어있는 비품 일체 외부사용을 금지합니다.
- 예약의 확정은 위 사항을 모두 숙지하였고 모든 사항에 동의함을 의미합니다.

- For self-catering, you can use a microwave for heating and simple cooking, and tableware is provided for dining with packaged food.
- Not suitable for guests under the age of 14. (Please note that the bed, floor, and footbath have a step from the floor, so be aware of safety accidents.)
- Smoking is absolutely prohibited in all spaces. Violators may be charged a special cleaning fee and in some cases may be asked to leave without refund.
- Although the facility is regularly sanitized by a professional pest control company, insects may be introduced due to the nature of the surrounding environment. No refunds will be given for this.
- We do not allow food with strong odors in the room, such as grilled fish, barbecue, fried food, crustaceans (steamed snow crab), etc. The kitchen is equipped with enough utensils to keep take-out food warm, and we recommend simple self-catering and take-out food.
- For stays of 3 nights or more, a mid-stay cleaning is available upon request.
- Guests are responsible for any safety incidents due to neglect and carelessness.
- Unauthorized commercial photography and videography (including advertising, product photography, shopping malls, social media markets) and drone photography are not permitted. Please contact us in advance for any photography or rental.
- Any equipment provided in the room is prohibited for outside use.
- Confirmation of the reservation means that you have read and agree to all of the above.
