경상북도 경주는 신라의 천년이라는 시간과 그를 둘러싼 이야기가 공존하는 지역입니다. 세계문화유산 대릉원, 국보 첨성대와 도보 10~15분 거리에 위치한 쪽샘마을은 천년의 향기를 고스란히 담고 있습니다. ‘쪽샘’은 샘물이 맑아 쪽빛을 띤다고 하여 붙여진 지명으로, 고려 시대에 형성되어 점차 경주인의 터전이 되었습니다. 경주에 살던 호스트는 자신이 살았던 목조 한옥을 바꾸어 ‘쪽샘집’을 만들었습니다. 

Gyeongsangbuk-do Province, Geyongju is a place where a 1000 years and the story that surrounds it co-exoists. Jjok sam jip is 10 ~ 15 minute walk from World Heritage Site Daereungwon and National Treasure Cheomseongdae, and embraces the scent of the 1000 years. The name 'Jjok sam' was given for its indigo color, it was created in Goryeo Dynasty and slowly became the habitat for Gyeongju residents. The host who lived in Gyeongju changed his wood hanok house into 'Jjok sam jip'. 

쪽샘집은 경주의 유명한 맛집들과 카페들이 모여 있는 황리단길도 도보로 25분이면 도착합니다. 황리단길에서 식사와 커피를 즐기고 쪽샘 마을로 천천히 걸어오는 것은 어떨까요. 사람들이 모여 있던 번화가에서 하나둘씩 보이는 역사적인 문화 유산을 만나게 되면 시간을 역행하는 듯한 느낌을 받을 것입니다. 밤에는 쪽샘집의 툇마루에 앉아 경주의 밤하늘을 바라보며 마음의 평정을 가져보세요. 쉼 없이 달려온 우리에게 잠잠한 시간을 선사할 것입니다.

- 사용한 조리기구와 식기는 세척하여 정리해 주시기 바랍니다.
- 전기 쿡탑은 화재 발생 위험이 있으니, 사용 후 전원을 꼭 꺼주시기 바랍니다.
- 남은 식재료 및 음식물은 개수대 하단에 배치된 통에 분리해주시기 바랍니다.
- 조용한 주택가에 위치하고 있어 늦은 시간 외부로 소음이 발생하지 않도록 배려해 주시기 바랍니다.
- 주기적으로 소독과 방역을 진행하고 있으나 주변환경의 특성 상 벌레가 유입될 수 있습니다. 이로 인한 환불은 불가합니다.
- 외출시 귀중품은 꼭 소지해주세요. 귀중품 분실에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
- 일반 쓰레기는 종량제 봉투가 들어있는 쓰레기통에 넣어 주시길 바랍니다. 재활용 쓰레기는 분리하여 대문 옆 분리수거대에 넣어주시면 됩니다.
- 협의되지 않은 상업 사진 및 영상 촬영(광고용, 제품사진, 쇼핑몰, SNS마켓 포함), 드론 촬영은 불가합니다.

이용 규칙

- 마당에 유아용 수영장이 있습니다.
- 동절기(12-2월)에는 수영장 사용이 불가한 점 양해 부탁드립니다.
- 온수는 계속 공급은 가능하지만 수영장 자체에 온도를 유지할수 있는 시스템은 되어 있지 않습니다. 온수비는 별도의 추가요금 없이 사용가능 합니다.
- 물받는 시간은 3시간 정도 걸립니다.
- 소음의 문제로 수영장 이용시간은 오후 9시까지 입니다.
- 액체, 분말, 거품류의 입욕제 사용이 가능합니다.
- 배수의 문제가 발생할 수 있는 입욕 용품(각종 꽃잎, 포프리, 약초 등)의 사용을 제한합니다.

- Check-in is 3pm, check-out is 11am.
- Please respect the check-out time for room cleaning.
- Exceeding the maximum occupancy is prohibited.
- Only gusests listed on the reservation can enter the property.
- No smoking in any areas of the property. Special cleaning fee is charged in case of violation.
- Compensation fee will be charged in case of loss or damage to bedding, equipment, facilities etc.
- Please refrain from cooking any food with strong odors or smoke inside of the property.
- Please wash and organize used cooking utensils and tableware.
- Since electric cooktops have a risk of fire, please be sure to turn off the power after use.
- Please separate any remaining food and kitchen waste and place them in the bin located underneath the sink.
- It is a quiet residential area, so please be considerate of outside noise during late hours.
- Disinfection service is carried out regularly but bugs and insects may still come in due the natural surrounding of the area. Refund is not possible for these reasons.
- Please take the valuables when you go out. We are not responsible for loss of valuables when you are out.
- Please dispose of general waste in the trash bin with pay-per-bag garbage bags and separate recyclable waste into the recycling bin located next to the front door.
- Commercial photos and videos that have not been agreed upon (including commercials, product photos, shopping malls, and social media markets) and drone photography are not allowed.

- There is  a children's pool in the yard. 
- Please note that the outdoor bath cannot be used during the winter season (December-February). 
- Although hot water can still be supplied, there is no system to maintain the temperature of the outdoor bath itself.
- Hot water is available for use without additional charge.
- It takes about 3 hours to fill up the bath. 
- Due to neighbors, the outdoor bath is available until 9 pm. 
- Liquid, powder, and foam bath products are allowed.
- The use of bath products that may cause drainage problems (such as various flower petals, popuri, herbs, etc.) is restricted.
