Itoshi, the location of Kai Ito is well-known as a historic hot spring village that has long been a favorite of writers. Ito Hot Springs is renowned for being beneficial to the skin, causing less irritation to the body, and producing a significant thermal effect. The most notable feature is the abundance of water, with approximately 34,000 liters of hot springs rising daily. This abundant source is available in Kai Ito's bath, open-air bath, foot bath, swimming pool, and rooms. You will enjoy the luxurious hot springs at the traditional and modern Japanese ryokan and forget about your hectic daily life for a few days in a space surrounded by mountains facing the sea and Ito's famous camellia flowers.
Kai Ito offers a variety of room types to accommodate any type of trip, from solo to family to group. There are simple Japanese-style rooms, Western-style rooms with bedrooms, and rooms with open-air baths where you can enjoy the natural hot springs at any time of day or night. Each room introduces traditional crafts and culture from the region, and the design is based on close observation of nature throughout the four seasons, with the design changing slightly according to the season.       23 - 6 days before check-in 90% of the total price of the reservation will be chared.

      • All cancellations and refunds are based on the date of written notification to the stay.
      • It takes at least 2 business days or more for written notice.
      • If you cancel a confirmed reservation within the penalty period, you will be refunded excluding a 4% fee for tax and transaction expenses.
