Hoshino Resort Kai Kawaji in Tochi Prefecture is a hot spring ryokan located on the edge of the Ojika River valley, approximately two and a half hours north of Tokyo. Passing through the long ridge's main gate, the waterwheel evokes the atmosphere of a bygone mountain village in Japan. It includes a room with a large window where you can enjoy the view of mountains and valleys changing with the seasons, a Kaiseki dish with the taste and wisdom of a Tochi, an open-air bath along the mooring, and an activity where you can experience the ancient wisdom born in this area. Additionally, from the jurisdiction's travel libraries to books on Kawaji's history, culture, nature, and crafts to stories that enhance the travel atmosphere, books you want to read and delectable coffee are prepared, so let's enjoy them freely prior to traveling.


총 일곱 가지의 객실 타입이 있으며 산과 계곡의 모습을 감상할 수 있는 커다란 창이 특징이다. 경치를 편안히 즐길 수 있도록 편안한 소파를 준비해 놓았다. 소파 위에서 느긋하게 뒹굴며 자연을 바라보자, 마치 산림욕을 하는 듯 호화로운 기분이 느껴질 것이다. 또한 모든 객실은 침대가 갖춰진 화양실(일본식+서양식 객실)이다. 또한 카이 가와지에는 도치기현 가누마 지방에서 재배된 '야슈 삼베'를 사용한 '야슈 삼베 종이의 방' 이 준비되어 있다. 객실에 따라 다양한 산촌의 사계절 풍경이 그려져 있다. 


There are seven different room types, and each one has a large window with views of mountains and valleys. A comfortable sofa has been prepared for your enjoyment of the scenery. While rolling around on the sofa and gazing at nature, you will experience a sense of luxury, as if you were taking a forest bath. Additionally, all rooms are equipped with beds and are Hwayang rooms (Japanese + Western). Furthermore, there is a "Yashu Hemp Paper Room" in Kawaji that utilizes "Yashu Hemp Cloth" grown in Kanuma, Tochi Prefecture. Depending on the room, various mountain villages' four-season scenery is depicted.
