The more you get wet by the rain, the darker the color of Jeju becomes. LO:(Islow, 露) refers to the appearance of rain on the road. On a rainy day, you may be dazed for a moment by the sound of rain falling along with the wet stone walls, grass, and eaves. Then, when sunlight and shadows cast, you may be fascinated by the perfect collaboration of light and space.
The tall stone walls wind around the room like snails. That's how we created an outside garden and a quiet room. In the room where you can feel the warmth of the soil, long eaves and toenmaru lead to the garden. Looking at the stone walls and oreum in between, the sunset comfort me. I hope you can feel the calm atmosphere of Jeju Island at LO:STAY, which resembles the old house of the village.
