강원도 강릉시의 구도심, 해가 잘 드는 언덕에는 일 년 내 부드러운 바람이 머무르는 곳이 있습니다. 주택을 새롭게 단장한 ‘미풍언덕’은 도심과 자연을 가까이합니다. 강릉 시내와 도보로 이동이 가능해 여행자에게 지내기 좋은 위치적인 요소를 갖추고 있습니다. 동시에 밭과 나무, 초록의 풍경이 창문으로 들어오는 이곳에서는 새소리가 울려 퍼집니다.

In an old town of Gangneung, Gangwon-do, there is a place on a sunny hill where the gentle breeze stays throughout the year. 'Mipungundeok' that remodeled a residential area, is near both the city and nature. It is within walking distance to the Gangneung downtown, so it has favorable location element for the travelers. Sound of bird chirping echoes throughout this place where you can admire the green sceneries of field and tree simultaneously.

Mipungundeok is both a compact and sensuous space.There is a small garden and table prepared on the 1st floor. Have a cup of coffee outdoor amid the morning sunlight. During the day it would be nice to enjoy the relaxation you postponed, lying down comfortably on the low wooden bench and watching movies on the beam projector provided in the living room. Savor wine on the 3rd floor rooftop terrace admiring the sunset. We recommend you to spend time with your loved ones that will remain in your memory for a long time in  a rural village full of freshness in Gangneung-si near the ocean. Hope your spirits are lifted in this place where the gentle breeze lingers.

Cancelation policy

- After payment is made and completed, the reservation will be confirmed.
- Reservation will be canceled if the payment is not made within 12 hours. 
- If conflicting reservations exist for the same room on the same day, the earlier request will be given priority. 
- Cash receipt can be issued for account transfer payment. Please apply during reservation. 
- This is a Stay not a shooting studio. Commercial photography and video shooting without prior agreement are not allowed. Commercial shooting is operated with a separate rental fee.
