‘moondongsasaek’ has been built in a location with a beautiful view overlooking the stunning beaches of Gijang, Busan. The name ‘Mundong Saseok’ reflects the tranquil atmosphere and the local flavor of this place, ideal for reflection. Enjoy the expansive front yard garden and the view of the blue sea, and may you feel that happiness is not too far away.

바다를 바라보는 좁고 긴 대지에 건축된 건축물 안에 좁고 길게 나눈 두 개의 독립된 객실과 다채로운 외부 공간에 중점을 두고 설계하였습니다. 각 객실에는 개인 정원을 비롯해 사계절 온수풀과 노천탕이 있어 아무에게도 방해받지 않는 조용한 시간을 즐기실 수 있습니다. 지친 일상에서 벗어나 꿈같은 하루를 보내시길 바랍니다.

The building, designed on a narrow and elongated site overlooking the sea, features two separate rooms divided lengthwise and emphasizes diverse outdoor spaces. Each room includes a private garden, a year-round heated pool, and an outdoor bath, allowing you to enjoy quiet moments without any disturbances. Escape your hectic routine and spend a dream-like day here.

- 予約人数以外の訪問者の出入りは厳しく制限されています。
- すべての場所は禁煙です。違反した場合、特別清掃費が請求されます。
- 寝具や備品に重大な汚染が発生した場合、破損や紛失に対して補償費が請求されます。
- 3泊以上の宿泊には、リクエストがあった場合にのみ中間清掃が提供されます。
- 簡単な調理は可能ですが、煙や臭いが発生する料理（肉、海産物、麻辣湯など）の調理は禁止です。
- 事前に合意されていない商業用写真や動画撮影（広告用、製品写真、ショッピングモール、SNSマーケットなど）、ドローン撮影は不可です。撮影や貸出については必ず事前に問い合わせてください。
- 未成年者は、保護者（法定代理人）の同伴なしでの宿泊はできません。
- 定期的に消毒と衛生管理を行っていますが、周囲の環境の特性により虫が侵入する可能性があります。これによる返金はできません。
- 安全管理の不備や不注意による事故の責任はゲストにあります。
- 予約の確定は、上記のすべての事項を確認し、同意したことを意味します。

- 9月〜5月：100,000 KRWの費用が発生します。
- 12月〜1月の極寒時期には、プールの運営について別途お問い合わせください。

- 협의되지 않은 상업 사진 및 영상 촬영(광고용, 제품사진, 쇼핑몰, SNS마켓 포함), 드론 촬영은 불가합니다. 촬영이나 대관의 경우 반드시 사전 문의주시기 바랍니다.
- 미성년자의 경우 보호자(법정대리인)의 동행 없이 투숙이 불가합니다.
- 주기적으로 소독과 방역을 진행하고 있으나 주변환경의 특성 상 벌레가 유입될 수 있습니다. 이로 인한 환불은 불가합니다
- 안전관리 소홀 및 부주의에 의한 안전사고의 책임은 게스트에게 있습니다.
- 예약의 확정은 위 사항을 모두 숙지하였고 모든 사항에 동의함을 의미합니다.

이용 규칙

- Please refrain from cooking any food with strong odors or smoke inside of the property.
- For stays of 3 nights or more include a mid-clean.
- Commercial photos and videos that have not been agreed upon (including commercials, product photos, shopping malls, and social media markets) and drone photography are not allowed. Please contact us in advance for commercial rental filming.
- Minors cannot stay without a guardian (legal representative).
- Disinfection service is carried out regularly but bugs and insects may still come in due the natural surrounding of the area. Refund is not possible for these reasons.
- The guest is responsible for safety accidents caused by negligence or negligence in safety management.
- Confirmation of reservation means that you have read and agree to all of the above.
