As water ripples along the gentle breeze, the scenery painted by sky, stone wall, and tree of Jeju is shattered into pieces. 'Mulgyeolgeulim' embraces a water yard that is small but big, cold yet warm. Water in the yard becomes a canvas and embraces nature, house, and people like a painting. A diverse house where traditional and modern features harmonize, a space to reach complete rest and peaceful state admiring beyond the window is the place Mulgyeolgeulim desires to become.

Guests can converse while drinking warm coffee and tea under the cozy hanji light on the toenmaru that depicted the texture of old house. It would be nice to relax in various gardens located in multiple places in Mulgyeolgeulim. We hope you to have a peaceful time with your loved ones in this place that embraces the natural scenery of Jeju.

- 입실 시간 : 오후 4시 / 퇴실 시간 : 오전 11시
청소 및 정리 시간이 필요합니다. 입퇴실 시간을 지켜주시기 바랍니다.
- 입실 당일 입실 안내 문자가 발송됩니다.
- 예약 인원 외에 인원 추가 및 지인 방문 등은 퇴실 조치되며 추가요금이 발생합니다. 이에 따른 책임은 예약자에게 있습니다.(외부 CCTV 모니터링)
- 보호자를 미동반한 미성년자와 반려동물 동반은 불가합니다. 
- 키즈케어존입니다.영유아~13세 아동 동반 예약자는 숙소내외부 특성상 안전에 유의하며 예약 부탁드립니다. (침실동 한지유리방,부엌동 한지문, 야외수변 등) 예약자 부주의로 인한 사고는 책임지지 않습니다.
- 냄새가 심한 음식(생선, 고기, 찌개, 해산물, 튀김 등)과 기름기가 많은 음식 조리는 불가하오니 간단한 조리만 가능합니다. 식기 사용 후 간단한 설거지 부탁드립니다. 식기 깨신 경우 호스트에게 꼭 말씀해주세요. 식기류 손상 및 파손시 변상금이 청구됩니다.
- 야외 수변은 청결 유지를 위해 약품이 사용되므로 손발담그기 등 피부와의 접촉은 자제부탁드립니다. 이로 인한 피부질환 등의 문제 발생에 대한 책임지지 않습니다.
- 침구류에 구멍 및 얼룩, 스크래치가 발생하면 꼭 말씀해주세요. 침구류 오염 및 손상시 동일 상품으로 환불청구됩니다.
특히, 침실동 한지유리문에 기대기,찔러보기,긋기 등 압력을 가하는 행위는 금지하며, 손상이 갈 경우 교체될 때까지의 비용이 청구됨을 알려드립니다.
- 부엌동 한지문은 고정되어 있음을 알려드립니다.
- 자쿠지 이용 시 부엌동 보일러를 온수 전용으로 설정 후 사용해주시기 바랍니다.
- 자쿠지 이용 시 입욕제품은 사용 불가 합니다.
- 자쿠지(노천탕)는 1일1회 무료 사용입니다. 2회 사용시 호스트에게 말씀 부탁드리며,추가이용시 온수와 물사용량(1톤) 5만원이 추가됩니다. 숙박이후 수도계량이 측정 됩니다.
- 물결그림은 조용한 마을 안에 위치하여 있기 때문에 저녁9시 이후에 고성이나 큰 음악소리는 삼가해주시기 바랍니다.
- 전문방역업체에서 정기적으로 관리를 받고 있지만, 벌레가 나타날수 있습니다. 벌레출현으로 인한 환불은 불가 합니다.
- 모든 실내외 공간은 금연(전자담배포함)이며, 흡연시 청소비용 30만원이 청구됩니다. 화재 위험으로 인해 폭죽,캔들,버너 등을 포함한 화기 사용을 금합니다.
- 퇴실 시 에어컨, 보일러,전등은 반드시 꺼주시길 바랍니다.
- 숙박 외 상업촬영은 사전에 협의 부탁드립니다. 사전 협의 없는 모든 공간의 상업적 용도의 촬영은 불가합니다.
- 숙박권의 재판매를 비롯하여 양도, 양수, 교환을 금지합니다.
예약자의 부득이한 사유로 인해 본인 이용이 어려울 경우 가족에 한해 가족관계임을 증명할 수 있는 서류(가족관계증명서 등)와 실제 이용하시는 분의 신분증을 해당 스테이에 제시 후 이용이 가능합니다.

이용 시 안내사항

- 킹베드, 좌식소파, LG스탠바이미TV , 제네바 블루투스 스피커, 써큘레이터, 코지마 발마사지기, 다기세트, 에어컨, 전기 파리채, 홈키파를 구비하고 있습니다.
- 침구류에 구멍 및 얼룩, 스크래치가 발생하면 꼭 말씀해주세요. 침구류 손상 및 오염시 동일상품으로 환불청구합니다. 특히, 침실동 한지문에 기대기, 찔러보기, 긋기 등 압력을 가하는 행위는 금지하며, 손상이 갈 경우 교체 때까지의 비용이 청구됨을 알려드립니다.

침실동

- 빔 프로젝터, 에어컨, 냉장고(냉동가능), 냉온정수기, 전자레인지, 인덕션, 조리도구, 핸드드립 커피세트, 발뮤다 토스트기, 전기 포트, 술잔, 오프너, 식기류, 조미료를 구비하고 있습니다.
- 냄새가 심한 음식(생선, 고기, 찌개, 해산물, 튀김 등)과 기름기가 많은 음식 조리는 불가하오니 간단한 조리만 가능합니다. 식기 사용 후 간단한 설거지 부탁드립니다.
청소하다가 다치는 일이 발생하오니 식기 깨신 경우 호스트에게 꼭 말씀해주세요. 식기류 파손시 변상금이 청구됩니다.
- 부엌동 한지문은 고정되어 있음을 알려드립니다.

부엌동

- 샴푸, 컨디셔너, 바디워시, 핸드워시, 로브 및 수건, 헤어 드라이어(슈퍼소닉, JMW)를 구비하고 있습니다.
- 욕실 내 실내 욕조에서 입욕제품은 사용 불가합니다. 

욕실

- 야외 수변은 청결 유지를 위해 약품이 사용되므로 손발담그기 등 피부와의 접촉은 자제부탁드립니다. 이로 인한 피부질환 등의 문제 발생에 대한 책임지지 않습니다.

정원

- King bed, sitting sofa, LG stand by me TV, Geneva Bluetooth speaker, circulator, Cozyma foot massage machine, tea set, air conditioner, emergency kit, electric flyswatter, Homekeeper are provided. 
- Please inform us in case of stain, ripping, scratch on bedding. Compensation fee may be charged as the original product for damage of tableware and bedding. Applying pressure such as leaning, poking, scratching etc on the hanji glass door in Bedroom building is prohibited, and please note that in case of damage, compensation fee will be charged until replacement. 

Bedroom building

- Beam projector, air conditioner, refrigerator(freezer), cold and hot water purifier, microwave, induction, cooking utensil, hand drip coffee set, Balmuda toast machine, electric kettle, glass, opener, tableware, basic seasoning are provided. 
- Cooking oily food or food with strong smell (fish, meat, stew, seafood, fired food etc) is not allowed, and you can only cook simple dishes. Please wash the tablewares after eating. 
You may get injured if tablewares break during cleaning so please inform the host. Compensation fee will be charged for tableware damage.  
- The hanji door of Kitchen building is fixed. 

Kitchen building

- Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, robe and towel, hairdryer(Supersonic, JMW) are provided.
- Usage of bath bomb products in the indoor tub is prohibited. 

Bathroom

- Medical products are used in outdoor waterside is to maintain hygiene, so please refrain from direct contact to the skin such as dipping hand and feet. We are not responsible for skin troubles etc that occur from this.

- 숙소 시설 관리를 위해 최대 3박까지 숙박이 가능합니다. 수건 및 어메니티는 체크인할 때 제공되며 연박 시 추가 수건, 침구 교체,중간 청소는 제공되지 않습니다.

- Additional KRW 30,000 is charged per person per night when exceeding the standard occupancy. 
- For the management of property facilities, you can stay for maximum of 3 consecutive nights. Towel and amenity are provided during check-in, and extra towel, bedding change, and cleaning service are not provided.

환불 규정

- 예약 신청 후 결제 방식에 따라 결제가 완료되면, 확정 문자가 발송됩니다.
- 예약이 불가한 경우 취소 후 환불 처리해드립니다.
- '예약 신청'이 중복될 경우 입금 순서가 아닌, 신청 순서로 예약 확정이 처리됩니다.
- 계좌이체 결제 시 1시간 이내에 입금이 되지 않을 경우 예약이 자동 취소됩니다.
- 사전에 협의되지 않은 상업 사진, 영상 촬영(광고, 제품사진, 쇼핑몰, SNS 마켓)은 불가합니다. 상업적 용도의 촬영은 별도 대관료를 책정하여 운영하고 있습니다. 참고바랍니다.

Refund policy

- After payment is made and completed, the reservation will be confirmed.
- If the reservation is not available to confirm, the refund will be processed after cancellation. 
- If conflicting reservations exist for the same room on the same day, the earlier request will be given priority. 
- Reservation will be canceled if the payment is not made within 12 hours. 
-Commercial photography and video shooting without prior agreement are not allowed. Please note that commercial filming is operated with separate rental fee. 
- For smooth reservation management, the same refund rules apply even if the reservation is canceled within 24 hours, so please make reservation patiently.

- Jacuzzi(open-air bath) is available for free 1 time per day. Please inform the host if you use it 2 times, and KRW 50,000 is charged for additional hot water (1ton). Water meter will be measured after your stay. 
- Please set the boiler in the Kitchen building to hot water when using the jacuzzi. 
- Usage of bath bomb products in the indoor and outdoor jacuzzi is prohibited. 
- Do not drain the water after usage.

- This is a rental house where one team can use the entire space for the day. 
- Check-in : 4pm / Check-out : 11am
Please observe the check-in/out time, we need the time for cleaning and room set up purposes. 
- A check-in text will be sent in the morning of your arrival day. 
- Entrance of exceeding the maximum occupancy and visitors will result in immediate eviction, and the guest takes full responsibility for this matter. (Outdoor CCTV will be monitored)
- Accommodation of pet and minor without guardian are not allowed.  
- This is a kids-care-zone. n case of accommodating infant ~ children under 13, please be aware of the safety principles of the inside and outside of the house during reservation (Bedroom building hanji glass room, Kitchen building hanji door,  outdoor waterside etc). We are not responsible for accidents that occur due to the guests’ carelessness.
- Cooking oily food or food with strong smell (fish, meat, stew, seafood, fired food etc) is not allowed, you can only cook simple dishes. Please wash the tablewares after eating. You may get injured if tablewares break during cleaning so please inform the host.

- Mulgyeolgeulim is located in a quiet town, please refrain from making loud noises or turning on music loudly after 9pm. 
- Although professional service is processed regularly, bugs and insects may be sighted in the space. Refund is not possible for these reasons. 
- No smoking in all areas of the property (including e-cigarettes), and violation will result in KRW 300,000 cleaning fee. Also, usage of flammable items that may cause fire such as incense, candle, firework, candle, burner etc is not allowed.
- Please turn off the air conditioner and boiler before check-out. 
- Please contact us in advance for commercial filming. Commercial photography and video shooting without prior agreement in all areas of the property is not allowed. 
- Transfer, exchange, and resale of accommodation vouchers are prohibited. 
If the reserver is unable to use it for inevitable reason, it can only be transferred to family members after presenting documents proving family relationship (such as family relationship certificate) and the actual ID of the reserver.

Mulgyeolgeulim is divded into Bedroom building and Kitchen building. Bedroom building is composed of a bedroom, living room, hanji lighting room, and bathroom, while Kitchen building consists of a kitchen and bathroom.
