Each room is equipped with a 6m-sized swimming pool in the outdoor area. The jacuzzi space is designed with open front windows to connect with the outdoor environment. Take a rest beneath the eaves of the hanok while soaking in the jacuzzi.

경주 신라의 어원이기도 한 '라안(羅安)'은 비단처럼 편안하고 따뜻한 하루를 보내도록 만들어졌습니다.
'라안'은 기존 한옥 특유의 고즈넉하고 차분한 느낌은 간직하면서도 야외 수영장과 실내 자쿠지 등 요소를 더해 현대적이고 실용적인 공간으로 꾸며졌습니다.

2층 한옥 형태의 '라안'은 2개의 독채 객실로 이루어져 있습니다. 각 객실의 야외에는 6m 크기의 수영장이 마련되어 있습니다. 거실 한편에 자리한 자쿠지 공간은 전면창을 개방하여 야외와 통할 수 있도록 했습니다. 자쿠지에 몸을 담그며 한옥의 처마 아래서 휴식을 취해보세요. 2층에는 다도 공간과 프라이빗 한 침실이 있습니다. 해가 지고 난 시간에는 은은한 조명이 한옥을 밝힙니다. 파랗게 빛나는 야외 수영장을 바라보며 시간을 보내거나 빔 프로젝터로 좋아하는 영화를 보는 것도 좋겠습니다.

'Raan,' in the form of a two-story hanok, consists of two separate guest rooms. Each room is equipped with a 6m-sized swimming pool in the outdoor area. The jacuzzi space, located on one side of the living room, is designed with open front windows to connect with the outdoor environment. Take a rest beneath the eaves of the hanok while soaking in the jacuzzi. On the second floor, there is a multipurpose area and a private bedroom. After sunset, subtle lighting illuminates the hanok. It would be nice to spend time gazing at the blue sparkling outdoor swimming pool or watching your favorite movie with a beam projector.

- 未成年者のみでのご宿泊はできません。必ず保護者（法定代理人）の同伴が必要です。
- 専門の防疫業者により定期的に消毒・防疫作業を行っておりますが、周辺環境の特性上、虫の侵入がある場合がございます。これによる返金はできかねますのでご了承ください。
- 安全管理の不備および不注意による事故の責任は、ゲストご本人にございます。
- お隣のお客様のご迷惑にならないよう、夜間の屋外での大きな声や音はご遠慮くださいますようお願い申し上げます。
- ご予約の確定は、上記内容をすべてご確認・ご同意いただいたものとみなします。

- プール内での飲食はご遠慮いただいております。
- プールおよびジャグジーをご利用の際は、水着または適切な服装の着用をお願いいたします。
- ぬるめのお湯で運営しており、季節によって温度が変動する場合がございます。
- 温水をご利用の場合は、別途7万ウォンの料金が発生いたします。
- 乳幼児およびお子様は、必ず保護者同伴の上、安全にご利用くださいますようお願いいたします。

屋外プール

- バーベキューのセッティングをご利用の際は、別途2万ウォンの費用が発生します。(炭、グリル提供)
- 屋外バーベキュースペースのため、天候の影響でご利用いただけない場合は金額を払い戻しいたします。

- 3泊以上宿泊する場合、中間掃除を提供いたします。

- 전문 방역 업체를 통해 주기적으로 소독과 방역을 진행하고 있으나 주변환경의 특성 상 벌레가 유입될 수 있습니다. 이로 인한 환불은 불가합니다
- 안전관리 소홀 및 부주의에 의한 안전사고의 책임은 게스트에게 있습니다.
- 이웃집이 가깝게 위치하고 있어 늦은 시간 외부로 소음이 발생하지 않도록 배려해 주시기 바랍니다.
- 예약의 확정은 위 사항을 모두 숙지하였고 모든 사항에 동의함을 의미합니다.

이용 규칙

- 수영장 및 자쿠지 이용 시에는 수영복 또는 적절한 복장을 착용해주시기 바랍니다.
- 미온수로 운영되며 계절에 따라 변동될 수 있습니다.
- 온수를 사용하시는 경우 7만원의 비용이 발생합니다.
- 영유아와 어린이는 반드시 보호자의 동반 하에 안전하게 이용해 주시기 바랍니다.

야외 수영장

- 바베큐 세팅비는 2만원입니다. (숯, 그릴 제공)
- 야외 바베큐 공간이므로 날씨의 영향으로 이용이 불가한 경우 금액을 환불해 드립니다.

- 3박 이상 숙박시 중간청소를 해드립니다.

중간 청소

- 안전과 방범을 위해 CCTV가 설치되어 있는 숙소입니다.

- Please refrain from cooking any food with strong odors or smoke inside of the property.
- Compensation fee will be charged in case of loss or damage to bedding, equipment, facilities etc.
- Commercial photos and videos that have not been agreed upon (including commercials, product photos, shopping malls, and social media markets) and drone photography are not allowed. Please contact us in advance for commercial rental filming.
- Minors cannot stay without a guardian (legal representative).
- Disinfection service is carried out regularly but bugs and insects may still come in due the natural surrounding of the area. Refund is not possible for these reasons.
- The guest is responsible for safety accidents caused by negligence or negligence in safety management.
- The property is in a residential area so please refrain from making loud noises during late hours.
- Confirmation of reservation means that you have read and agree to all of the above.

GUIDELINES

- Eating and drinking are not allowed in the pool.

- It is operated with lukewarm water, and this can change depending on seasonality.

- Since it is outside BBQ place, if BBQ service is not available due to bad weather, we will give you a refund.

- Cleaning service such as towel change and cleaning are provided when staying over 3 nights.

숯과 그릴이 제공됩니다. 숯은 점화해드리며 셀프 요청 시 토치, 장갑을 제공합니다. 음식과 종량제 봉투는 챙겨오셔야하십니다.
*야외 지정 장소에서 준비해드립니다. 우천 시 숯점화가 불가하여 환불 해드리며, 이 외에는 당일 취소 불가합니다.
