Raya Heritage offers a range of culinary options at the resort’s signature dining outlets: Khu Khao, Laan Cha Tea Terrace, Baan Ta Lounge & Lawn as well as in-suite room service and poolside dining. Whatever the venue, the emphasis is on fresh locally sourced ingredients and a blend of local and international recipes.

- KHU KHAO (07.00 hrs. – 23.00 hrs.) 
Rustic elegance and cuisine inspired by the rice-based culture of the north define the dining experience at Khu Khao, the resort’s signature restaurant. ‘Kru Khao’ refers to the threshing baskets used by northern Thai rice farmers in the past, a number of which are cleverly incorporated into the décor of the restaurant’s interior. The menu offers dishes that highlight regional influences,authentic flavors, locally-sourced ingredients and changing sea.

- LAAN CHA TEA TERRACE (11.00 hrs. – 23.00 hrs.)
A cosy, outdoor roofed terrace is the perfect spot to relax, lounge and enjoy afternoon tea, herbal teas and fresh juices while watching the river flow by. Our daily high tea set is a highlight of the afternoon. Along with Thai-grown natural teas, a speciality is Cha Payom, an herbal infusion made with the fragrant flowers of the payom tree. Laan Cha Tea Terrace also serves cocktails and other alcoholic beverages as well as Thai organic forest coffee.

- BAAN TA LOUNGE & LAWN (11.00 hrs. – 23.00 hrs.)
For pre-dinner cocktails or light evening meals, our bar and adjacent riverside garden is a wise choice. Baan Ta, the bar’s namesake cocktail is made with local Mekhong rum, Thai herbs and passionfruit while the Long Mae Ping is a refreshing combination of local Phraya Rum and fresh fruit juices. The menu of light dishes includes sandwiches, soups, salads, and local specialities.

FOOD & BEVERAGE

Raya Heritage has 3 dining venue to choose with cuisine that ranges from Asian fusion fare to light selections served in a variety of attractive settings. In addition, there are a full service for relaxation; swimming pool, fitness room and spa massage venue, Ai Wann Spa as well as a service for shopping experience; ‘Him Gong,Curated Craft’ boutique shop.

- HIM GONG, Curated Craft (Open daily 08.00 hrs. – 20.00 hrs.) 
Raya Heritage introduces an all-new boutique ‘Him Gong,Curated Craft’ offers a new shopping experience in Chiang Mai. This beautifully- design concept store features a wide range of exquisite items including jewelry, clothing, accessories, and home décor. Alongside with the hotel’s own signature products, the boutique also showcases a selection of northern Thai artifacts and the works of many up-and-coming local designers. Inspired by a fascination with art, culture and the great artists and passionate craftsmen and women that are behind each masterpiece in our curated collection, the collection features the best of local wisdom, rustic charm, exotic creation and a rich array of contemporary creativity and timeless designs to be discovered.

- AI WAAN SPA (10.00 hrs. – 22.00 hrs.)
The serene spa focuses on regional healing techniques applied in private treatment rooms. Treatments include the signature Bamboo Massage, in which therapists massage tired muscles with lightly-heated sections of bamboo to great effect, and Au-Mann Thai Burmese Massage, a classic, oil-free northern Thai traditional massage, which originated in Myanmar. A northern Thai wet steam room uses a mix of rare local herbs blended by a master herbalist from adjacent Pa Ruak village. A variety of facials, body scrubs and wraps using natural, local products, are also on offer.

소박하지만 세련된 분위기의 라야 헤리티지의 대표 레스토랑입니다. 과거 쌀을 재배하며 사용한 전통 바구니들이 레스토랑 곳곳에 전시되어 있습니다. 현지의 신선한 재료를 사용하여 맛있고 건강한 음식을 제공하고 있습니다.

- LAAN CHA TEA TERRACE (운영시간 11:00~23:00)
야외 테라스에 마련된 란 챠 티 테라스는 허브차와 신선한 과일주스를 편안하게 즐길 수 있는 곳입니다. 칵테일과 다른 알코올음료뿐만 아니라 유기농 커피 등 다양한 음료를 제공하고 있습니다.

- BAAN TA LOUNGE & LAWN (운영시간 11:00~23:00)
저녁식사 전 가볍게 들리기 좋은 곳으로 가벼운 칵테일이나 간단한 식사 메뉴가 준비되어 있습니다. 지역의 이름을 따서 만든 칵테일과 신선한 재료로 만든 샌드위치와 수프, 샐러드 등의 메뉴를 제공하고 있습니다.
