건축가가 설계한 집을 경험하기란 흔한 기회는 아닙니다. 하라 켄야(Hara Kenya), 최욱과 같은 유명 건축가, 디자이너의 작업을 한 번에 볼 수 있는 장소라면 더더욱이요. 하우스비전(House Vision)의 대한민국 첫 전람회 ‘미래를 끌어당기는 농(農)’. 그 안의 3개의 집이 스테이폴리오와 만나 감상하는 집에서 머무를 수 있는 경험하는 집으로 새로이 태어납니다.

It’s not every day that you get to experience an architect-designed home, especially when you can see the work of renowned architects and designers like Hara Kenya and Choi Wook Choi all in one place. House Vision’s first exhibition in Korea, “Farming the Future,” features three homes that have been transformed into experiential homes where you can stay and watch.

- 협의되지 않은 상업 사진 및 영상 촬영(광고용, 제품사진, 쇼핑몰, SNS마켓 포함), 드론 촬영은 불가합니다.
- 촬영이나 대관의 경우 반드시 사전 문의주시기 바랍니다.
- 이웃집이 가깝게 위치하고 있어 늦은 시간 외부로 소음이 발생하지 않도록 배려해 주시기 바랍니다.
- 전문 방역 업체를 통해 주기적으로 소독과 방역을 진행하고 있으나 주변환경의 특성 상 벌레가 유입될 수 있습니다. 이로 인한 환불은 불가합니다.

  1)일정 변경은 1회에 한하여 가능하며, 일정 변경 후 예약 취소/환불 시 변경 전 일정을 기준으로 처리됩니다. 
  2)금액 변동이 생기는 경우, 변경 원하시는 일정으로 재예약을 진행해주신 후, 기존 일정을 취소 처리해드립니다.

* Changes to reservations are not allowed within 3 days prior to the stay.
* Reservations made with coupons or accommodation vouchers cannot be modified.
* If changes are made, they will be processed according to the following terms:
    1. Changes can only be made once. If you cancel or request a refund after changing your reservation, the policy will apply based on the original reservation date.
    2. If there is a price difference, you must rebook for your desired new dates and cancel the original reservation afterward.

キャンセルポリシー

- No smoking in any areas of the property. Special cleaning fee is charged in case of violation.
- Rootsquare facilities will be closed on Monday, with the exception of stay.
- Usage of flammable items is strictly prohibited in all areas of the property.
- Please refrain from cooking any food with strong odors or smoke inside of the property.
- Compensation fee will be charged in case of loss or damage to bedding, equipment, facilities etc.
- To protect the environment, disposable items are not provided so please bring your own personal hygiene items.
- Commercial photos and videos that have not been agreed upon (including commercials, product photos, shopping malls, and social media markets) and drone photography are not allowed.
- Please contact us in advance for commercial rental filming. 
- The property is in a residential area so please refrain from making loud noises during late hours.
- Disinfection service is carried out regularly but bugs and insects may still come in due the natural surrounding of the area. Refund is not possible for these reasons.
- Tableware for simple meals is provided.

Guidelines

- Cleaning service is provided when staying over or equal to 3 consecutive nights. 
- Cleaning service is not provided when staying less than 3 consecutive nights.

- 調理は可能ですが、強い煙や臭いのする食べ物（肉、魚など）の調理は禁じています。
- 寝具や備品に深刻な汚染が発生した場合、破損や紛失などの弁償費が請求されます。
- 環境保護の一環として使い捨て用品が提供されませんので、個人衛生用品をご用意ください。
- 事前の許可なしに商業写真や映像(広告用、製品写真、ショッピングモール、SNSマーケットを含む)、ドローンでの撮影はできません。
- 商業撮影や貸館をご希望の際は、必ず事前に電話にてお問い合わせください。
- お隣には家がありますので、遅い時間での騒音が発生しないようご配慮ください。

Kenya Hara proposes a weekend home. The space was conceived and designed in collaboration with MUJI, where he is the art director. The spatial organization blurs the boundaries between inside and outside, and the inclusion of a small vegetable garden reflects a more abundant lifestyle. Kenya Hara's architectural eye for agrarian living and Makefolio's eye for inspiring everyday life combine to suggest an idyllic stay.

原健也が提案する週末住宅。彼がアートディレクターを務める無印良品と一緒に企画・デザインされた空間です。内と外の境界を曖昧にした空間構成と、小さな菜園があることでより豊かなライフスタイルが生まれます。農耕的な生活に対する原研哉の建築的な視線と、日常にインスピレーションを与えるMakefolioの視線を加え、田園的な滞在を提案します。

■ 중간 정비는 3박 이상부터 해당됩니다. 3박 이상 투숙 시, 중간 정비를 희망하시는 경우 선택해 주시길 바랍니다. (미선택 시, 정비 없음)
■ 중간 정비는 체크인 기준 3일째 되는 날 12~16시 사이 숙박 중간에 1회 침구 및 수건 교체, 객실 청소가 진행됩니다. 특별히 희망하시는 일정이 있으신 경우 요청 사항에 남겨주세요.
■ 3박 미만의 경우 미선택으로 선택해주시고, 선택 시에도 중간 정비는 진행되지 않습니다.

■ This service is available for guests staying 3 nights or more. If you would like to request room make-up service, please select this option.
■ We will provide room make-up service on the 3rd day of your stay, between 12PM and 4PM. This service includes a change of bedding and towel, as well as room cleaning. If you have a preferred date for service, please leave a note in the request section.

Surrounded by nature, this house is designed with the motif of a unique Korean form. Part of Architect Choi Wook's 'Small House' series, this is a glimpse into his compact homes and the core system that allows you to freely combine spaces according to your taste and personality. We've added Makefolio's eye and Stayfolio's flair to it to suggest a new way of living.
