'세인트루시아'는 내부 벽면마다 통창을 두어 탁 트인 개방감을 선사합니다. 각 창은 슬라이딩 형태로 오픈할 수 있으며, 실내에 구비된 온수풀 또한 오픈된 창을 통해 야외와 연결된 듯한 느낌을 줍니다. 야외 공간에는 핑크뮬리, 야자수, 동백꽃 등 다양한 식재가 자리하고 있습니다. 함께하는 가족 또는 연인과 이국적인 공간에서 사진을 찍으며 특별한 추억을 남겨보면 어떨까요.



Saint Lucia features floor-to-ceiling windows on each interior wall, providing a spacious and open atmosphere. Each window can be opened in a sliding fashion, and the indoor hot tub also enhances the feeling of connection to the outdoors through the open windows. The outdoor space is adorned with various vegetation such as pink mullions, palm trees, and camellia flowers. How about capturing special memories with family or loved ones in this exotic space, taking photos together amidst the lush surroundings?

「Saint Lucia」では内部の壁面に設けられた通窓を通じて、開放感を満喫する事が可能となっております。各窓はスライド式で開閉可能であり、室内の温水プールからは外観と繋がっているかのような美しい景観が広がっております。屋外にはピンクのミューリやヤシの木、椿など、様々な植栽がございます。ご家族や大切な方と共に、異国的な空間の中で写真を撮り、特別な思い出を残してみてはいかがでしょうか。

- チェックインは午後4時、チェックアウトは午前11時となっております。
- チェックインは非対面で行われます。
- 最大人数を超える人数でのご入室は出来ません。
- 予約人数以外の訪問者の入室は厳禁となっております。
- 館内は全面禁煙となっております。違反されました場合は、特別清掃費が請求、および返金なしで退室措置を取らせていただく可能性がございます。
- 事前に承諾を得ていない商業写真及び映像撮影（広告用、製品写真、ショッピングモール、SNSマーケットを含む）、ドローン撮影はできません。撮影や貸館をご希望の場合は、必ず事前にお問い合わせください。
- 専門業者を通じて定期的に消毒と防疫を実施していますが、周辺環境の特性上、虫が入る可能性がございます。これによる返金はできません。
- 不注意により発生した安全事故の責任は負いかねます。

- 체크인은 오후 4시, 체크아웃은 오전 11시입니다.
- 체크인은 비대면으로 진행됩니다.
- 최대인원을 초과하는 인원은 입실이 불가합니다.
- 예약인원 외 방문객의 출입을 엄격히 제한합니다.
- 모든 공간에서 절대 금연입니다. 위반 시 특수청소비가 청구될 수 있으며 경우에 따라 환불없이 퇴실조치 될 수 있습니다.
- 협의되지 않은 상업 사진 및 영상 촬영(광고용, 제품사진, 쇼핑몰, SNS마켓 포함), 드론 촬영은 불가합니다. 촬영이나 대관의 경우 반드시 사전 문의주시기 바랍니다.
- 전문 방역 업체를 통해 주기적으로 소독과 방역을 진행하고 있으나 주변환경의 특성 상 벌레가 유입될 수 있습니다. 이로 인한 환불은 불가합니다
- 안전관리 소홀 및 부주의에 의한 안전사고의 책임은 게스트에게 있습니다.
- 예약의 확정은 위 사항을 모두 숙지하였고 모든 사항에 동의함을 의미합니다.

- Exceeding the maximum occupancy is prohibited.
- Only guests listed on the reservation can enter the property.
- No smoking in any areas of the property. Special cleaning fee is charged in case of violation.
- Compensation fee will be charged in case of loss or damage to bedding, equipment, facilities etc.
- Commercial photos and videos that have not been agreed upon (including commercials, product photos, shopping malls, and social media markets) and drone photography are not allowed. Please contact us in advance for commercial rental filming.
- Disinfection service is carried out regularly but bugs and insects may still come in due the natural surrounding of the area. Refund is not possible for these reasons.
- The guest is responsible for safety accidents caused by negligence or negligence in safety management.
- Confirmation of reservation means that you have read and agree to all of the above.
