푸른 소나무와 기암괴석으로 둘러싸여 있는 유네스코 세계 지질 공원인 청송, 기와집이 옹기종기 모여있는 덕천마을은 때 묻지 않은 자연스러움과 고즈넉한 여유가 묻어 나는 곳입니다. 이곳에는 새소리, 풍경소리, 그리고 장작으로 온돌을 지피는 송정고택이 있습니다. 송정고택은 1914년에 만들어져 경상북도의 문화재자료로 지정되었습니다.  조선시대 사대부가의 전형적인 유교적 배치 질서 속,  근대기의 시대적인 특징이 있어 건축사적으로 가치 있는 건축물로 평가받고 있습니다. 

Deokcheon Village, a UNESCO world geological park surrounded by green pine trees and extraordinary rocks, is a place where untimely naturalness and quietness are buried. In this village is the Songjeong Historic House, where you can hear the sound of birds, sounds of landscapes, and firewood. Songjeong Historic House was created in 1914 and has been designated as a cultural asset of Gyeongsangbuk-do. It is regarded as a valuable architectural structure due to its blend of modern era characteristics and the Confucian order typical of the ancient houses of the Joseon Dynasty.

Songjeong Historic House is reserved for only one reservation party per day so you can enjoy the rest without anyone disturbing you. Bokdol, a Sapsal dog, will greet you while the hosts offer herbal tea and refreshments. If you want to explore, take a day off in Cheongsong and see the many historical sites that are surrounded by nature. The time you spend at the Songjeong House in Cheongsong will make you see the value of "living slow" and staying at a traditional old house will be a special experience like you have never experienced before.

- Check-in is 3 pm, check-out is 11 am.
- Exceeding the maximum occupancy is prohibited.
- Only guests listed on the reservation can enter the property.
- Usage of flammable items is strictly prohibited in all areas of the property.
- No smoking in any areas of the property. Special cleaning fee is charged in case of violation.
- As a wooden building cultural property, cooking is not allowed due to the risk of fire.
- The rooms are covered with paper, which absorbs food odors. Please note that food and beverages are not allowed in the room.
- Compensation fee will be charged in case of loss or damage to bedding, equipment, facilities etc.
- Commercial photos and videos that have not been agreed upon (including commercials, product photos, shopping malls, and social media markets) and drone photography are not allowed.

Smoking is absolutely non-smoking in all areas of the accommodation, including electronic cigarettes.

Songjeong Historic House is reserved for only one team that makes a reservation first for a safe and comfortable night. Please understand that if there is a team that made a reservation on the same date first, the reservation application may be canceled.

Reservation system for 1 team per day

It is a traditional hanok consisting of two rooms (main room, side room) and Daecheongmaru (traditional flooring). There are doorknaps, tables, double-decker, and frames. The restroom and shower rooms are located in separate buildings.

Anchae

방 2개(안방, 상방)와 대청마루로 구성된  'ㅡ'자형 전통 한옥입니다. 문갑, 사방탁자, 이층장, 액자가 비치되어 있습니다. 화장실, 샤워실은 별도의 건물에 위치하고 있습니다.

청송 버스정류장에서 픽업 서비스를 제공합니다. 사전에 말씀해주셔야 픽업이 가능합니다.

We provide pick-up service from Cheongsong Bus Stop. Pick-up is possible with prior notice.

사랑채

The Sarangchae is the room next to the Anchae (main quarters). It is equipped with traditional old furniture (doorknaps, tables, half-closed, folding screens) and ceramics. The restroom and shower rooms are located in separate buildings.


Sarangchae

방 2개(사랑방, 책방)와 사랑마루로 구성된 'ㄴ'자형 전통 한옥입니다. 전통 고가구(문갑, 사방 탁자, 반닫이, 병풍)과 도자기가 비치되어 있습니다. 화장실, 샤워실은 별도의 건물에 있습니다.
