순천만 갈대밭을 배경으로 삼은 ‘스테이 하녹정’에는 계절마다 다른 풍경이 펼쳐집니다. 호스트는 기존 구옥의 느낌을 그대로 살려, 고즈넉하고 정이 가득한 스테이를 만들고자 했습니다.

Situated against the scenic backdrop of the Suncheonman Reed Fields, 'Stay Hanokjung' unfolds a picturesque panorama that evolves with the changing seasons. The host's commitment to preserving the authentic charm of the traditional structure resonates throughout, resulting in a tranquil and heartwarming retreat. The stay encompasses a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a spacious yard. Stepping through the front door, a meticulously tended small grassy yard awaits, and the host's thoughtful picnic set encourages impromptu outdoor excursions against the charming backdrop of the single-story stay. An adjacent outdoor barbecue area complements the natural surroundings, providing an ideal setting for a delightful evening escape.

스테이 하녹정은 거실, 주방, 2개의 침실, 화장실, 넓은 마당 공간으로 구성되어 있습니다. 대문을 통해 들어서면 잘 가꾸어진 작은 잔디 마당이 맞이합니다. 호스트가 준비한 피크닉 세트를 가지고 나와 단층의 스테이를 배경으로 작은 피크닉을 떠나보세요. 스테이 옆쪽 마당에는 야외 바비큐장이 마련되어 있습니다. 드넓은 자연에 둘러싸여 우리만의 행복한 저녁 시간을 보낼 수 있습니다. 실내로 들어서면 화이트와 어두운 컬러의 목재 인테리어가 포근한 분위기를 형성합니다. 거실의 빔프로젝트를 활용해 음악을 듣거나 다 함께 영화를 보는 것도 추천합니다. 두 개의 침실은 거실을 기준으로 침대방과 온돌방으로 공간이 나누어집니다. 두 방 모두 마당을 바라보는 원형 창이 있어, 실내에서도 따듯한 풍경을 감상할 수 있습니다. 창밖으로 보이는 툇마루에는 작은 다도 공간을 준비했습니다. 기와지붕 아래에서 차와 커피를 즐겨보세요.

Indoors, a warm ambiance envelops the space through a tasteful combination of white and dark-colored wooden interiors. The living room, equipped with a beam projector, invites guests to immerse themselves in music or enjoy shared movie nights. The two bedrooms, distinguished into a bed room and an ondol (Korean underfloor heating system) room, both feature circular windows that frame views of the yard, allowing for the enjoyment of a cozy scene from within. A small outdoor space on the veranda, nestled under a tiled roof, beckons residents to unwind with tea and coffee.

- 침구나 비품에 심각한 오염이 발생한 경우, 파손 및 분실 등에 변상비가 청구됩니다.
- 협의되지 않은 상업 사진 및 영상 촬영(광고용, 제품사진, 쇼핑몰, SNS마켓 포함), 드론 촬영은 불가합니다. 촬영이나 대관의 경우 반드시 사전 문의주시기 바랍니다.
- 미성년자의 경우 보호자(법정대리인)의 동행 없이 투숙이 불가합니다.
- 전문 방역 업체를 통해 주기적으로 소독과 방역을 진행하고 있으나 주변환경의 특성 상 벌레가 유입될 수 있습니다. 이로 인한 환불은 불가합니다.
- 안전관리 소홀 및 부주의에 의한 안전사고의 책임은 게스트에게 있습니다.
- 예약의 확정은 위 사항을 모두 숙지하였고 모든 사항에 동의함을 의미합니다.

이용 규칙

- 바베큐 이용 시, 3만원의 추가 비용이 발생합니다.
- 바베큐 그릴, 2~3인용 숯 700g 2봉지가 제공됩니다.

- 불멍 화로 연료 한 개가 기본 제공됩니다.
- 연료 추가 시 한 개당 5천원의 비용이 발생합니다.

Stay Hanokjung

- Check-in is 4pm, check-out is 12pm.
- Please respect the check-out time for room cleaning. 
- No smoking in any areas of the property. Special cleaning fee is charged in case of violation.
- Exceeding the maximum occupancy is prohibited.
- Compensation fee will be charged in case of loss or damage to bedding, equipment, facilities etc.
- Commercial photography and video shooting without prior agreement are not allowed. 
- Minors cannot stay without a guardian (legal representative).
- Disinfection service is carried out regularly but bugs and insects may still come in due the natural surrounding of the area. Refund is not possible for these reasons.
- Guests are accountable for any safety incidents resulting from a lack of care in safety management.
- Confirmation of reservation means that you have read and agree to all of the above.

Guidelines

- An additional cost of 30,000 KRW will be incurred when using the barbecue grill.
- Two bags of 700g charcoal for 2-3 people are provided.

- One fire pit fuel is provided free of charge.
- Additional fuel costs 5,000 KRW per unit.

- No extra bedding is provided for reservations with a minimum occupancy of 2 people.
