Guests can sit on the sunny deck and enjoy tea time while looking out over the yew and fir trees in the center of the yard. In the evening, when the sun goes down, you can project a wireless beam projector onto the pure white fence and enjoy a small open-air theater.

햇살이 드는 툇마루에 앉아 마당 가운데 자리한 남천나무와 전나무를 바라보며 티타임을 가져보세요. 해가 떨어진 저녁 시간에는 무선 빔프로젝터를 새하얀 담장에 쏘아 작은 노천극장을 즐겨보는건 어떨까요.

도시의 화려함과 시골의 고즈넉함, 그 중간 지점 어딘가에 있는 춘천은 편안하고 담백한 매력을 지닌 도시입니다. '스테이 물결'은 이러한 춘천 특유의 분위기를 공간에 담아내어 담백하고 잔잔한 경험을 완성하고자 했습니다.

Somewhere in between the glamor of the city and the tranquility of the countryside, Chuncheon is a city with a relaxed and simple charm. Stay mulgyeol aims to capture this unique Chuncheon vibe in its spaces, creating a simple and tranquil experience.

앞마당, 본채, 뒷마당으로 구성된 '스테이 물결'은 전체적으로 화이트톤에 우드가 더해져 모던하고 미니멀한 공간입니다. 내부는 천고를 높여 개방감이 들고 서까래를 노출해 한옥 특유의 편안한 분위기를 더했습니다. 2개의 침실은 각각 거실 양쪽에 위치하여 프라이빗 한 휴식을 취할 수 있도록 했습니다. 거실에는 통창을 두어 넓은 뒷마당의 전경이 한눈에 들어옵니다. 실내 자쿠지 또한 몸을 담갔을 때 눈높이에 맞게 창을 두어 뒷마당을 바라볼 수 있도록 했습니다. 뒷마당은 내부와 마찬가지로 여러 식재를 심지 않고 심플하게 구성했습니다.

Consisting of a front yard, main house, and backyard, 'Stay mulgyeol' is a modern, minimalist space with white tones and wood throughout. Inside, the ceilings are raised to create a sense of openness, and the rafters are exposed to add to the cozy atmosphere of the hanok. The two bedrooms are located on either side of the living room, allowing for a private retreat. The living room has floor-to-ceiling windows that provide a panoramic view of the large backyard. The indoor jacuzzi also has a window at eye level for soaking and a view of the backyard. The backyard, like the interior, is kept simple, without much planting.

- 침구나 비품에 심각한 오염이 발생한 경우, 파손 및 분실 등에 변상비가 청구됩니다.
- 협의되지 않은 상업 사진 및 영상 촬영(광고용, 제품사진, 쇼핑몰, SNS마켓 포함), 드론 촬영은 불가합니다. 촬영이나 대관의 경우 반드시 사전 문의주시기 바랍니다.
- 미성년자의 경우 보호자(법정대리인)의 동행 없이 투숙이 불가합니다.
- 전문 방역 업체를 통해 주기적으로 소독과 방역을 진행하고 있으나 주변환경의 특성 상 벌레가 유입될 수 있습니다. 이로 인한 환불은 불가합니다.
- 이웃집이 가깝게 위치하고 있어 늦은 시간 외부로 소음이 발생하지 않도록 배려해 주시기 바랍니다.
- 예약의 확정은 위 사항을 모두 숙지하였고 모든 사항에 동의함을 의미합니다.

- Only guests listed on the reservation can enter the property.
- No smoking in any areas of the property. Special cleaning fee is charged in case of violation.
- Compensation fee will be charged in case of loss or damage to bedding, equipment, facilities etc.
- Commercial photos and videos that have not been agreed upon (including commercials, product photos, shopping malls, and social media markets) and drone photography are not allowed. Please contact us in advance for commercial rental filming.
- Minors cannot stay without a guardian (legal representative).
- Disinfection service is carried out regularly but bugs and insects may still come in due the natural surrounding of the area. Refund is not possible for these reasons.
- The property is in a residential area so please refrain from making loud noises during late hours.
- Confirmation of reservation means that you have read and agree to all of the above.
