A serene garden steeped in 90 years of heritage

Wahul-ri in Jeju's Jocheon-eup is a small, tranquil village situated in the middle of Jocheon-eup. Walking along the quiet village stone paths, as you glimpse the entrance with an old stone house, it's as if you've finally found the home you've been dreaming of. Nestled within the neighborhood, it feels like your very own house in Jeju, without any sense of isolation. Bringing the concept of 'resting' and 'lying down' ('wa' in Korean) and breaking down the elements, it was named 'O:AH', reflecting the hope to discover the unique ways of living of those who stay here.

Resting within low walls reminiscent of old Jeju, the house emanates warmth and the scenery beyond the walls becomes part of the view. O:AH is divided into the main building 'O', the detached building 'AH', and the garden 'Light and Breath'. The main building is a space for complete relaxation, consisting of bedrooms and an indoor jacuzzi. The detached building serves as a kitchen-dining area, embracing an organic lifestyle, allowing for cherished moments with loved ones. The garden is designed with three themes, enabling a diverse sensory experience with changing seasons and times. From trees and flowers to an organic vegetable garden, as well as a fruit garden and a small backyard forest, everything is thoughtfully arranged.
