Located between the sea and the hills in Daejeong-eup, Seogwipo City, Jeju Island, 'Stay RoA' aims to be a place where one can momentarily escape from the demands of everyday life. The long-forgotten traditional house has been reborn into a warm space where the wind lingers with curiosity.

RoA, the architectural group that designed the stay, drew inspiration from memories and respect for forgotten places. The subtle arrangement of buildings in a 'ㄱ' shape, the small courtyard within, and an ancient tree standing in the yard all became crucial design elements for the stay. From the living room, kitchen, and two bedrooms to the indoor Jacuzzi and the outdoor hot tub in the yard, every space provides views of the courtyard surrounded by stone walls and the trees. The living room features a long panoramic window facing the courtyard, offering an expansive view of the surrounding landscape, capturing the beauty of the hills and the sea of Seogwipo. Comfortable design chairs are provided in the living room and bedrooms for leisurely relaxation. It's a perfect place to listen to music or read a book of your choice. The indoor Jacuzzi area connected to the living room allows you to immerse yourself, enjoying a warm cup of tea. Stepping into the private yard, you can feel the refreshing air and soak in the outdoor hot tub, experiencing a relieving release of accumulated fatigue.
