스테이디는 동해바다와 제가 사랑하는 사람의 이니셜 입니다. 바닷가에서 빛나던 그 사람은 저에게 또 다른 바다였습니다. 평온함을 찾아 바다로 떠났던 그때의 그 느낌이 당신에게도 전달되기를 바랍니다.

Stayd, written in Korean, corresponds to the initials of the East Sea and the person I love. The person shining on the beach was another sea for me. I hope that the feeling of when I left for the sea in search of serenity can be conveyed to you as well.

동틀 무렵 침대에 누워 통창으로 보이는 해를 바라보며 시작하여, 해질 무렵 유리블럭으로 들어오는 노을빛은 스테이디의 또 다른 매력입니다. 숙소 바로 앞 해변은 조용하고 한적한 장소입니다. 연인 또는 가족간의 오붓한 피크닉을 떠나 보세요. 해질 무렵 루프탑에서는 노을을 즐길 수 있고, 저녁엔 침대에 누워 빔프로젝터로 영화를 볼 수 있습니다.

It starts at dawn while lying on the bed and looking at the sun through the window, and the sunset light that comes in through the glass frame. The beach right in front of the property is a quiet and secluded place. Go on a picnic with your loved one or family. At sunset, you can enjoy a barbecue on the rooftop, and in the evening you can lie in bed and watch a movie on a beam projector.

- 냄새가 심하게 남는 게, 홍어 등은 실내에서 취식 불가합니다.
- 세척하신 식기류는 싱크대 하단에 있는 식기건조대를 올려 이용하시길 바랍니다. 식기를 창틀에 올리면 파손 위험이 있습니다.
- 냄새가 나는 쓰레기와 분리수거 가능한 쓰레기는 외부 휴지통에 분류해 주세요. 싱크대에 여분의 비닐봉지가 있습니다.
- 헤어 염색으로 인한 타월 오염이 예상될 경우 미리 말씀해 주세요. 짙은 색 타월로 교체해드립니다.
- 협의되지 않은 상업 사진 및 영상 촬영(광고용, 제품사진, 쇼핑몰, SNS마켓 포함), 드론 촬영은 불가합니다.
- 화재의 위험으로 모든 공간에서 화기 사용을 엄격히 금지합니다.
- 루프탑은 날씨 상황에 따라 이용에 제한이 있을 수 있습니다. 
- 해변 이용 시 1층 야외 샤워실에서 모래와 바닷물을 충분히 제거하시고 입장하세요. 모래로 인해 샤워 시 배수구가 막힐 수 있습니다.
- 모든 제품은 스테이디 내에서만 사용 가능하며 외부로 가져가실 수 없습니다.
- 외부 시야를 차단하기 위해 야간에는 모든 커튼을 닫아주세요.
- 쾌적한 환경을 위해 공기청정기, 제습기, 냉난방 에어컨을 가동하고 있습니다. 취침 시 제습기는 꺼두시기 바랍니다.

이용 규칙

- 바베큐 옵션 이용 시 3만원의 추가 비용이 발생합니다.
- 바베큐 그릴 및 기타 장비가 제공됩니다.

- 3박 이상 숙박에는 중간 청소가 제공됩니다.

Refund Policy

- Check-in is at 3 pm, check-out is at 11 am.
- Early check-in and late check-out are not available.
- Exceeding the maximum occupancy is prohibited.
- Only guests listed on the reservation can enter the property.
- No smoking in any areas of the property. Special cleaning fee is charged in case of violation.
- Due to the environment, you may see bugs in and around the property. Refunds are not possible due to insects.
- Compensation fee will be charged in case of loss or damage to bedding, equipment, facilities etc.
- Simple cooking and outdoor BBQ are available.
- Please use the dish drying rack at the bottom of the sink for washed dishes.
- Please sort smelly garbage and garbage that can be collected separately in the external trash can. There is an extra plastic bag in the sink.
- If you regularly use dye product in your hair, please inform us so that we can put dark colored towels to avoid damaging the bath towels.
- Commercial photos and videos that have not been agreed upon (including commercials, product photos, shopping malls, and social media markets) and drone photography are not allowed.
- Rooftop use may be restricted depending on weather conditions.
- When returning from the beach, please wash the sand and seawater from your body before entering the outdoor shower room on the 1st floor. Sand can clog the drain in the shower.
- All products provided can only be used inside STAYD and cannot be taken outside.
- Close all curtains at night to block outside view.
- We operate air purifiers, dehumidifiers, and air conditioners for a pleasant environment. Please turn off the dehumidifier at bedtime.

If there is any damage to property or contamination of bedding, you must immediately notify the host. Even after check-out, we may claim compensation for damage, contamination, and loss that have not been agreed upon.

Compensation policy

Please be especially careful about safety accidents on stairs, etc. Guests are responsible for safety accidents caused by negligence or carelessness in safety management.

It is a space with a total of 3 floors. There is a kitchen, dining area, and toilet on the first floor, and on the 2nd floor, a bedroom and bathroom with windows overlooking the sea. There is a rooftop for your use, where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the sea.
