강원도 강릉의 조용한 동네에는 작은 수풀(林)이 감싸고 있는 한옥 ‘스테이 림’이 있습니다. 언제든 쉬어갈 수 있는 온화한 집으로, 느긋한 게으름을 위한 공간입니다. 이곳은 일상의 분주함으로 쉼이 필요한 이들을 기다립니다. 밤에는 쏟아질 듯한 별을 볼 수 있는 툇마루, 자연을 담아둔 마당, 몸을 데우는 족욕의 공간이 마련되어 있습니다. 스테이림의 툇마루에서는 유독 시간이 느릿하게 흘러갑니다.

In a quiet town in Gangneung, Gangwon Province enveloped by small bushes, there is the hanok 'stayRIM'. It is a gentle house you can rest anytime, a space for relaxed laziness. This place waits for those who need a break from their busy daily routine.   At night there is the toenmaru where you can admire starry night, yard that embraced the nature, and a space for foot bath to warm your body. Time passes rather slowly on the toenmaru of stayRIM. 

도보로 5-10분이 소요되는 가까운 거리에 고려시대부터 강릉의 문화와 행정의 중심지였던 명주동이 있습니다. 로컬 음식점, 카페, 소품샵 등 볼거리가 많아 둘러보는 시간을 가지면 어떨까요. 로컬 주민들이 자주 찾는 남대천을 따라 가볍게 산책해 보는 것도 좋겠습니다. 마당과 툇마루가 있는 스테이림에서 몸과 마음의 긴장을 느슨하게 풀어보세요.

At a 5-10 minute walking distance, there is Myeongju-dong, which has been the cultural and administrative center of Gangneung since the Goryeo Dynasty. Take some time to look around the diverse local restaurants, cafes, prop shops and more. It would be nice to take a stroll around Namdaecheon that is frequently visited by local citizens. Relax your body and mind at stayRIM with yard and toenmaru. 

- Check-in is 3 pm, check-out is 11 am.
- Please respect the check-in/out time for room cleaning.
- Exceeding the maximum occupancy is prohibited.
- Only guests listed on the reservation can enter the property.
- No smoking in any areas of the property. In the event of a violation, special cleaning fee is charged and you may be evicted from the property without any right to a refund.
- Compensation fee will be charged in case of loss or damage to bedding, equipment, facilities etc.
- The use of candles and flammable items is strictly prohibited.
- Due to the nature of hanok, there may be bugs. Refunds are not possible due to insects, so please book carefully if this is a sensitive issue.
- Commercial photos and videos that have not been agreed upon (including commercials, product photos, shopping malls, and social media markets) and drone photography are not allowed.

- 한옥 특성상 냄새가 강한 음식(매운탕,꼬막,마라,갑각류 등)은 취식 불가합니다.
- 에어프라이기(토스트,오븐 겸용)로 조리가 가능한 음식과 포장해온 음식들을 플레이팅하여 드실 수 있도록 예쁜 식기류가 준비되어 있습니다.
- 사용한 조리기구와 식기는 세척하여 정리해 주시기 바랍니다.

담벼락이 붙어있는 옛날 주택의 특성상 소음에 민감합니다. 이웃 어르신들에게 피해가 가지 않도록 지나친 파티와 음주 가무, 고성방가는 삼가 주시길 부탁드립니다.
