- Check-in is at 3 pm, check-out is at 11 am.
- Minors cannot stay without a guardian (legal representative).
- Exceeding the maximum occupancy is prohibited.
- Only guests listed on the reservation can enter the property.
- No smoking in any areas of the property. Special cleaning fee is charged in case of violation.
- Usage of flammable items is strictly prohibited in all areas of the property.
- Amenities have been changed from Aesop to La Burquette.
- There is no elevator. We will carry your luggage when you check-in. 
- You can cook and eat food in the kitchen. (Please only have light snacks and beer in the room)
- Up to 2 rooms per team can be reserved, and moving between rooms is not allowed. (Cafe is available)
- Compensation fee will be charged in case of loss or damage to bedding, equipment, facilities etc.
- Please refrain from acts that disturb the rest of other users, such as making loud noises.
- We are not responsible for accidents caused by the user's negligence. We ask for safe use.
- Disinfection service is carried out regularly but bugs and insects may still come in due the natural surrounding of the area. Refund is not possible for these reasons.
- Please contact us in advance for commercial rental filming.

- When you open the folding door connected to the kitchen, you can see the cool Yeongjin Beach along with the terrace.
- There is a glass balustrade constructed without a frame blocking the view. Enjoy the cool sea breeze and relaxation.
- Goose bedding is provided. For a more comfortable sleeping environment, we have prepared the finest goose and allergy care bedding.

- This room is located on the south side of the 4th floor.
- Cook to your heart's content in the ocean view kitchen.
- Although it is not a charcoal barbecue, you can grill your meat in the pan provided. There are no restrictions on cooking. When using the kitchen, be sure to close the separated door.
