빌라 반우(伴友)는 ‘함께 짝하여 지내는 친구’라는 뜻의 이름입니다. 사랑하는 친구이자 가족인 반려견과 함께 안전하고 편하게 쉴 수 있는 공간을 만들고자 했습니다.

Villa Banwoo (伴友) derives its name from the meaning "companion friend." It’s a space designed for you to relax safely and comfortably with your beloved pet, who is both a friend and family member.

외관은 심플한 형태의 노출 콘크리트 건물이지만, 실내는 따뜻한 느낌의 우드 & 아이보리 컨셉의 인테리어를 만날 수 있습니다. 반려견 전용 바닥재, 낮은 평상형 침대와 소파, 반려견 욕조 등 반려견과 반려인 모두를 위한 소재와 가구를 사용하였습니다. 천연 우드 울타리로 둘러싸인 넓은 잔디 정원에서는 즐겁게 뛰어놀 수 있습니다. 마당에서 바베큐와 불멍도 함께 즐기며 소중한 추억을 남겨보세요.

The exterior features a simple exposed concrete structure, while the interior welcomes you with a warm wood and ivory concept. The space includes pet-friendly flooring, low platform beds, sofas, and a special pet bathtub—all chosen with both pets and their owners in mind. The spacious lawn, surrounded by a natural wooden fence, offers a safe area for pets to play freely. Make lasting memories by enjoying a barbecue and a cozy firepit in the yard together.

- 3박 이상 숙박에는 요청 시에만 중간 청소가 제공됩니다.
- 간단한 조리는 가능하오나, 연기와 냄새가 나는 음식(고기, 해산물, 마라탕 등)의 조리를 금지합니다.
- 협의되지 않은 상업 사진 및 영상 촬영(광고용, 제품사진, 쇼핑몰, SNS마켓 포함), 드론 촬영은 불가합니다. 촬영이나 대관의 경우 반드시 사전 문의주시기 바랍니다.
- 미성년자의 경우 보호자(법정대리인)의 동행 없이 투숙이 불가합니다.
- 주기적으로 소독과 방역을 진행하고 있으나 주변환경의 특성 상 벌레가 유입될 수 있습니다. 이로 인한 환불은 불가합니다
- 안전관리 소홀 및 부주의에 의한 안전사고의 책임은 게스트에게 있습니다.
- 예약의 확정은 위 사항을 모두 숙지하였고 모든 사항에 동의함을 의미합니다.

이용 규칙

- 침구 추가 시, 20,000의 비용이 발생합니다.
- 1인용 한실 이불 세트(요와 이불)가 제공됩니다.
- 최대 2개까지 추가 가능합니다.

-  반려견 전용숙소로 반려견 미동반 시 이용이 어렵습니다. 양해부탁드립니다.
- 입실 전 외부 마당에서 충분히 배변활동을 시켜주시고 객실 내 마킹에 주의 부탁드립니다.
- 배변훈련이 되지않은 반려견은 침대 및 침구류에 올라가는 일이 없도록 각별히 신경써주세요.
- 실내외 반려견의 배변은 보호자분이 치워주세요.
- 객실 내에서는 마킹이 있는 아이라면 필수로 매너벨트 착용해 주세요.
- 생리중인 아이 역시 기저귀 착용를 해주셔야 합니다.
- 반려견들의 케어를 잘 부탁드립니다.
- 침구류 및 가구 기타물품에 손상이 없도록 주의 부탁드립니다. 훼손확인시 별도의 배상비, 세탁비가 청구됩니다.

DISCOUNT BENEFIT

- Each time midnight passes,+1 day will be automatically added (based on Korean time) and reservation can be made up to 90days after today.

RANGE OF DATES AVAILABLE FOR RESERVATION

- This is a dog-only accommodation, so it is difficult to use it if your dog is not accompanied. Thank you for your understanding.
- Please allow your child to defecate in the outdoor yard before entering the room and pay attention to marking in the room.
- Please take special care to ensure that dogs that are not toilet trained do not climb on the bed or bedding.
- Please have your guardian clean up your dog's excrement both indoors and outdoors.
- Children with markings must wear manner belts in the room.
- Menstruating children must also wear diapers.
- Please take good care of your dogs.
- Please be careful not to damage bedding, furniture or other items. If damage is confirmed, a separate compensation fee and laundry fee will be charged.

- In the case of cancellation due to a natural disaster (typhoon, heavy snow, heavy rain) for which the Meteorological Administration issues a warning, a 100% refund is possible, and other reasons for cancellation are processed in accordance with the above refund policy.
- Confirmation of reservation means that you have read and agreed to all of the above.

REFUND POLICY

- Check-in is 3 p.m and check-out is 11 a.m
- Exceeding the maximum occupancy is prohibited.
- Only guests listed on the reservation can enter the property.
- No smoking in any areas of the property. Special cleaning fee is charged in case of violation.
- Compensation fee will be charged in case of loss or damage to bedding, equipment, facilities etc.
- For stays of 3 nights or more, a mid-clean is provided upon request only.
- Commercial photos and videos that have not been agreed upon (including commercials, product photos, shopping malls, and social media markets) and drone photography are not allowed. Please contact us in advance for commercial rental filming.
- Minors cannot stay without a guardian (legal representative).
- Disinfection service is carried out regularly but bugs and insects may still come in due the natural surrounding of the area. Refund is not possible for these reasons.
- The guest is responsible for safety accidents caused by negligence or negligence in safety management.
- Confirmation of reservation means that you have read and agree to all of the above.
