‘윌로우 하우스’는 춘천시 신북읍 유포리에 위치했습니다. 유포리의 지명은 이곳의 옛 이름인 ‘버들개’에서 유래 했습니다. 호스트는 버들개라는 이름이 사라지지 않고 오래오래 기억되기를 바라는 마음으로 집 이름에 버드나무(willow)를 담았습니다.

‘Willow House’ is located in Yupo-ri, Sinbuk-eup, Chuncheon. The name Yupo-ri is derived from the old name of this place, Willow House. The host included willow in the name of the house hoping that it would not  disappear and remembered for a long time. 

테라스, 거실, 주방, 작은 방 등 모든 곳에서 주변의 자연을 다각도로 즐길 수 있습니다. 바깥에 놓인 의자에 앉아 실개천이 흐르는 소리나 새가 지저귀는 소리를 들으며 생각에 잠겨보세요. 호스트가 큐레이팅한 플레이리스트를 들으며 공간을 온전히 느낄 수 있습니다.

You can admire the nature in all rooms including the terrace, living room, kitchen, small room etc . It would be nice to sit in the outdoor chair while listening to the sounds of birds chirping or water trickling. The host curates a playlist so you can enjoy this place to its fullest. 

- 실내 모든 공간에서 절대 금연입니다. 흡연은 야외 공간을 이용해 주시기 바라며, 위반 시 특수 청소비가 청구됩니다.
- 화재의 위험으로 모든 공간에서 화기 사용을 엄격히 금지합니다.
- 취사가 가능한 숙소이나, 연기와 냄새가 나는 음식(고기, 생선 등)의 조리를 금지합니다.
- 침구나 비품에 심각한 오염이 발생한 경우, 파손 및 분실 등에 변상비가 청구됩니다.
- 주기적으로 소독과 방역을 진행하고 있으나 주변 환경의 특성상 벌레가 유입될 수 있습니다. 이로 인한 환불은 불가합니다.
- 이웃집이 가깝게 위치하고 있어 10시 이후 외부로 소음이 발생하지 않도록 배려해 주시기 바랍니다.
- 협의되지 않은 상업 사진 및 영상 촬영(광고용, 제품사진, 쇼핑몰, SNS마켓 포함), 드론 촬영은 불가합니다.

- 체크아웃 당일 결제하신 수단으로 환불을 진행하고 있으며, 결제 수단에 따라 환불 소요 시간이 달라질 수 있습니다.
- 보증금 : 100,000원
- 보증금 정책에 동의하지 않으시는 경우, 예약 진행이 불가합니다.

- 매월 말일 오후 5시, 3달 후 한달 예약을 오픈합니다.
- 윌로우 하우스 정책에 따라 최대 2박까지 예약할 수 있습니다.

- 연박으로 예약하면 총 금액에서 3만원 할인 혜택이 제공됩니다.
- 프로모션 할인은 중복 제공되지 않습니다.

- 반려 동물은 동반이 불가한 숙소입니다.

반려 동물

- 태닝, 아로마 등의 오일류 절대 사용 불가합니다.
- 물에 젖은 채로 숙소 내부 출입을 자제해주세요.
- 야간 이용시 소음이 발생하지 않도록 주의해 주시기 바랍니다.
- 덮개가 준비되어 있으나, 야외 풀장 특성상 나뭇잎이나 날벌레 등이 유입될 수 있습니다.
- 음용 가능한 지하수를 사용하여 매일 교체한 깨끗한 물로 준비해 드립니다.
- 풀장 이용시 부주의로 인한 사고는 윌로우 하우스가 책임지지 않습니다.

- As there are many original furnitures and vintage products in Willow House, additional 100,000KRW deposit fee is charged during reservation.The fee will be refunded after your check-out when we check there are no damages to the products. 
- Refunds are made to the method of payment the day after check-out, but please understand that the time required may vary depending on the policy of the card company. 
- Deposit fee : 100,000KRW
- Reservation cannot be made if you do not agree on the Deposit policy. 

Deposit policy

- Each time midnight passes, +1 day will be automatically added.(Based on Korean time)
- Reservation can be made up to 90 days after today.
- You can reserve maximum of 2 nights according to the Willow House policy. 

Range of dates available for reservation

- If you reserve for consecutive nights, 30,000KRW discount is applied on the total amount. 
- It cannot be applied duplicately with Promotion discount.

Refund policy

- No smoking in all areas of the property. Please smoke at the designated outdoor area, and special cleaning fee is charged in case of violation. 
- Usage of flammable items is prohibited in all areas of the property. 
- You can cook in the house, but cooking food with strong smell and steam (meat, fish etc) is prohibited. 
- Compensation fee may be charged in case of damage to bedding or equipments. 
- Disinfection service is carried out regularly but bugs and insects may still come in due the natural surrounding of the area. Refund is not possible for these 
- Please refrain from making loud noises after 10pm. 
- Commercial photography and video shooting without prior agreement are not allowed.

- 숙소 내 가구 및 소품, 패브릭 제품 등이 파손 분실 되었을 경우 해당 제품의 구매가로 변상비를 청구합니다.
- 패브릭 제품의 경우, 손상 범위에 따라 특수세탁 비용 발생 시 해당 비용이 청구됩니다.
- 가구 임의 이동을 금지합니다.
- 싱크대, 세면대, 의자가 아닌 가구에 사람이 올라가거나 앉는 등의 행동은 삼가 주시기 바랍니다.
- 이벤트, 파티 등을 금지합니다 벽, 유리, 가구들이 손상되기 때문에 장식물을 붙이거나 꾸미는 행위들을 금지합니다.
- STAFF ONLY 공간은 호스트 전용 공간으로, 게스트의 출입을 금지합니다.
- 동절기에 석유난로가 제공됩니다. 사용 후 반드시 전원을 꺼주세요. 화재위험이 있습니다.

손해배상

- 화재 예방과 목조주택 관리를 위해 주택 외부와 내부에서 불을 사용하는 모든 행위(가스버너, 오븐, 향초, 화로대, 기타 개인 화기 등)를 금지합니다.
- 주방에 제공되는 인덕션만 사용 가능합니다.

화기금지안내

- 기름지고 냄새가 발생하는 육류, 해산물, 기름과 버터 등을 가열하는 요리를 금지하며, 간단히 끓이는 조리가 가능합니다. 
- 후라이팬 사용 불가합니다.

취사안내

- 정원을 포함한 숙소의 모든 공간에서의 흡연을 절대 금합니다.
- 흡연시 특수 추가 청소비를 청구하며, 적발시 즉시 퇴실조치합니다.
- 금지된 화재 발생시 모든 피해보상을 청구할 수 있습니다.
