There was a place where a family spent 25 years. Respecting the tracks of time, we have emptied as much unnecessary stuff as we could, while we left the story of the old building. Large windows and expanded terrace created through emptiness have embraced the landscape of lakes, mountains and gardens, leading more active communication between nature and the building. Realizing the beauty of emptiness and the value of slowness, Zero Place will fill you with a new inspiration and good energy for life.

We have recreated an old building with delicate consideration for keeping track of time. And it allows travelers feel uniqueness of Zeroplace. Enjoy the slow space and furniture designed for it. It will make the city feel like a far-off world.

Play music, get warm water in the bathtub and ready for rest. If you find yourself in a soft bath facing the landscape out of the window, you will never forget that moment.

Explore the Area
Leave the stuffy city and drive along the west coast highway. Landscapes disappear one by one, and a deep blue forest comes into sight. Come down from Hyemi IC toward Seosan and take a little quiet road. Take a right turn at Mir Motel crossroad and run 2.5km more to Illak-temple. You can see Zero Place.
If you take the public transportation, you can take express buses from the Nambu Terminal in Seoul and the Central City Terminal in Gangnam. If you call us after you arrive at Haemi Station, we provide a pick-up service.
