If there is a time of day when the sunlight is warmest, it might just be the afternoon. Located on Jeju Island, "Stay Afternoon," with a heartfelt desire to cherish the warm memories of the first encounter with travel, chose its name to encapsulate the afternoon, a time when one can savor the pure sounds of nature and birdsong, free from the influence of the surroundings.

Stay Afternoon is comprised of two independent buildings, "Stay Oh" and "Stay After," which both have a similar structure. Jeju's architectural characteristics include low ceilings and stone walls due to the abundance of wind and rocks. Stay Afternoon maintains this unique Jeju style while incorporating a new concept called "Modern Classic Jeju," considering usability and design. It was designed with a U-shaped courtyard structure and a wooden lattice roof to minimize the impact of the wind and connect the farming and living areas into a single circulation path, enhancing space utilization and satisfaction. In the living room, which encompasses a courtyard adorned with tropical landscape, you can enjoy coffee, tea, or relax in comfort. There's a small footbath in the outdoor space of the courtyard. Immersing your feet in warm water feels like your tired body is melting away. The heated outdoor pool in the farming area allows for enjoyable water activities regardless of the season. It is also connected to the external terrace with sliding doors, allowing you to enjoy nature in the summer and appreciate the scenery in the cold winter.

Sangdo-ri in Jeju is a relatively less-known quiet rural village. Take a leisurely stroll, explore the quaint village shops, or sit by the Sehwa Beach for a while. The sunset turning red is incredibly perfect to fill the void in one's heart. When morning comes again, the warm sunlight greets you.
