A sensuous space where the past and the present coexist
'STOV' in Busan is short for 'stopover,' a momentary resting place between two points in a journey. It aims to provide those who visit with a connection between rest and travel and offer a special experience. From the spatial layout to the furniture and objects, the host's passion and design philosophy are embedded in every aspect.
'STOV' is a unique space that organically combines mid-century and Bauhaus styles. The mid-century style embodies refined and sophisticated design that bridges the past and present. The Bauhaus style emphasizes modernity and functionality with artistic characteristics. These two styles are harmoniously blended to create a distinctive atmosphere unique to 'STOV.' The interior space is designed with a white background and orange accents to create a warm ambiance. It's also a great idea to explore the small orange-colored objects placed throughout the space. Each room has an open feel with doors removed, and the furniture and accessories are minimalist in design. The unique basement-like interior space features a cozy sofa and a TV for comfortable relaxation. You can also enjoy a barbecue in the small courtyard. Soak in the cool sea breeze and prepare for an enjoyable meal.
Right next to the stay is Songjeong Beach, where you can enjoy refreshing sea bathing in the summer. We also recommend a leisurely walk along the seaside path. Take the Blue Line Park train connecting Songjeong Beach and adjacent areas and enjoy the natural beauty of Busan while having a light-hearted journey. We hope your time in the beautiful and peaceful atmosphere of Songjeong-dong becomes an opportunity to experience everything that Busan's local culture and nature have to offer, creating a truly unique and charming space.
