Around Follie offers the freedom of camping and the comfort of private rest, set against the backdrop of Jeju’s rolling oreum (volcanic hills) in every direction. Blending seamlessly with the island’s natural landscape, this space—and the cultural experiences it invites—provides a sense of release for those worn out by everyday life.
Around Follie began with a desire to express the spirit of Jeju and a love for the outdoors in the most Jeju-like way possible. Inspired by bangsatap—traditional stone towers built in villages to ward off bad energy—we designed the space with intentional gaps between structures to allow for a variety of outdoor activities and cultural experiences. By breaking away from conventional floor layouts, the lodges offer a unique spatial experience. At the same time, we've created open areas for culture and camping that blend seamlessly into the surroundings, using only natural elements like grass, stone, and wood—minimizing artificial features.
Jeju is known for its beautiful beaches, but there’s another side to its charm—found only in the mid-mountain regions. At Around Follie, you’ll experience a different kind of beauty, with serene gardens, views of Nasiri Oreum, wide open pastures, and fields of radish stretching out to the distant volcanic hills. As the sun begins to set, the landscape turns into a painting—offering the perfect backdrop for creating meaningful memories with your loved ones.
A-Ground is a space created by Around Follie to offer travelers rest and enjoyment in nature, capturing the essence of our outdoor lifestyle. We serve drinks made with our own handcrafted syrups, a variety of locally produced food and beverages from Jeju, and high-quality coffee brewed with carefully selected beans.
Key Features
LODGE DESIGN
The Lodge site was designed using abstract forms unique to Jeju, such as bansataps (stone towers), yeondae (watchtowers), and jatdam (stone fences), as its design motifs. Inspired by the layout of traditional Jeju stone tombs, the lodges feature a distinctive identity through thoughtful placement, the natural texture of materials, and a color palette in harmony with the surrounding landscape. Around Follie’s lodges come in four types—Loft, Twin, Suite, and Pool Villa—each offering its own unique features. Enjoy a more special day with our exclusive stay options.
AIRSTREAM DESIGN
Another unique experience at Around Follie awaits at the Caravan Site’s Airstreams. Each vintage Airstream from the 1960s–70s has been carefully restored and redesigned with a modern touch and refined sense of style. With three different sizes and layouts, our Airstreams range from those equipped with a kitchen and bathtub to cozy options perfect for two. Experience a new kind of stay, only at Around Follie.
CABIN DESIGN
Cabin is a tiny house in nature, built around the idea of “the smallest home, the simplest life.” It focuses on reinterpreting only the most essential elements of living, then completes the space with Around Follie’s signature outdoor sensibility. Blending the indoor and outdoor seamlessly, Cabin offers a cozy and minimal stay for two — a place where you can experience Around Follie’s unique identity.
