Hanyangdoseong, the fortress city wall in Seoul has quietly been standing for the past six centuries to protect the city for the past centuries. While the city wall served as the border from the areas outside of the capital of Korea during the Joseon Dynasty, the neighborhood has now become one of the busiest areas of the city. In the midst of the bustling city center, a place with tranquility and warmth, LEEJAE is ready to welcome its guests. The name – a Sino-Korean word meaning “a good place” - has been motivated from the host’s aspiration to offer a place to share goodness with whoever comes in to stay. Thus, the host sought to fill this relaxing place with good energy to share with guest.
Experience of staying in LEEJAE would definitely spare you time to recharge yourself with fresh energy.

    3 minutes from Exit 3 of Dongdaemun History and Culture Park Station. If you walk along the fortress wall of Hanyang City, next to Gwanghuamun, there is Rijae. Please use nearby paid parking lot. Free parking is possible on the streets near the house from 6:00 to 20:00 only in public holidays.

    RESERVATION CANCELLATION
    • If you wish to cancel your reservation, please log in and click the [Reservation Cancellation Request] button in the reservation information.
    • Please check the refund policy of the stay before requesting cancellation, and the refund policy will be applied based on the date of the cancellation request.

    GUIDELINES
    • Check-in is 5 pm, check-out is 11 am.
    • Early check-in/late check-out are not available due to cleaning and maintenance time.
    • Only guests listed on the reservation can enter the property.
    • Non-face-to-face check-in (door lock) is operated, and you will be notified of the password that changes every day.
    • Please refrain from cooking any food with strong odors or smoke inside of the property.
    • Please wash and organize used cooking utensils and tableware.
    • Compensation fee will be charged in case of loss or damage to bedding, equipment, facilities etc.
    • Usage of flammable items is strictly prohibited in all areas of the property.
    • No smoking in any areas of the property. In the event of a violation, you may be evicted from the property without any right to a refund and special cleaning fee is charged.
    • Please be considerate of outside noise during late hours. In the event of a violation, you may be evicted from the property without any right to a refund.
    • Commercial photos and videos that have not been agreed upon (including commercials, product photos, shopping malls, and social media markets) and drone photography are not allowed. Please contact us in advance for commercial rental filming.
