Gosan-ri, located in the western part of Jeju Island, is a small village with beautiful horizontal lines. Sonnet Gosan was inspired by the old poet of the same name wrote by Jang Bok-kyum in late Joseon Dynasty. It's place for new awareness and beautiful vitality of old things. The old house, which has existed for a hundred years as a vessel of everyday life, has been reinterpreted with a focus on restoration of its original form rather than renovation. You can enjoy beautifully aged basalt and the dry sensibility of locality.
