Consisting of a front yard, main house, and backyard, 'Stay mulgyeol' is a modern, minimalist space with white tones and wood throughout. Inside, the ceilings are raised to create a sense of openness, and the rafters are exposed to add to the cozy atmosphere of the hanok. The two bedrooms are located on either side of the living room, allowing for a private retreat. The living room has floor-to-ceiling windows that provide a panoramic view of the large backyard. The indoor jacuzzi also has a window at eye level for soaking and a view of the backyard. The backyard, like the interior, is kept simple, without much planting.
