The World Heritage City, in Taehwa-dong at the center of Andong, there stands 'Stayseesaw'. This Stay was created from the host's yearning to offer balance in people's lives that resembles seesaws.

Enjoy brunch at the wooden table in the yard on a sunny day. Wrap up your day admiring the garden in the jacuzzi and relieve the fatigue from daily life with a cup of tea. The temperature of water sparkling transparently melts the vicious feelings that tormented you. When your mind is distressing all of a sudden, we hope you could rest for a while amid the warmth embraced by Stayseesaw.

RATE BASIS

You can check the exact room rate after selecting the itinerary.

stayseesaw	2/4	from 360,000 KRW

Standard occupancy is 2 people, maximum occupancy is 4 people (including infants and children).
Additional 30,000 KRW is charged per person/night when exceeding the standard occupancy.
For reservations that exceed the standard number of people, additional bedding (futon, duvet, pillow) is provided.
There is no extra charge for infants (under 24 months) sharing a bed with parents. Additional 30,000 KRW is charged for additional bedding.

RANGE OF DATES AVAILABLE FOR RESERVATION

On the first of every month, reservations will open for the next 90 days.

DISCOUNT BENEFIT

30,000 KRW discount is applied on the second night when reserving for consecutive nights.
It cannot be applied with Promotion discount.

PETS

Pets are not allowed.

Even if you cancel on the day of payment, the same refund policy applies after the reservation is confirmed. Please make a reservation after carefully checking the travel date before making a reservation.
No-shows due to personal circumstances or mistaken reservation date are non-refundable.
Reservation changes are not permitted. If you wish to change reservations, please make a new reservation after cancellation.
Please make your reservation carefully after checking the refund policy.

HAND OVER STAY VOUCHER

Resale, hand-over, transfer, or exchange of stay vouchers is prohibited.

GUIDELINES

Check-in is at 3 pm, check-out is at 11 am.
Exceeding the maximum occupancy is prohibited.
Only guests listed on the reservation can enter the property.
Compensation fee will be charged in case of loss or damage to bedding, equipment, facilities etc.
Commercial photos and videos that have not been agreed upon (including commercials, product photos, shopping malls, and social media markets) and drone photography are not allowed.
Disinfection service is carried out regularly but bugs and insects may still come in due the natural surrounding of the area. Refund is not possible for these reasons.
No smoking in any areas of the property. Special cleaning fee is charged in case of violation.
It is a quiet residential area, so please be considerate of outside noise during late hours.
Usage of flammable items is strictly prohibited in all areas of the property.
Guests are responsible for safety accidents caused by negligence in safety management.
Lost items will be sent by courier (cash on delivery) upon customer request. If there is no notification about lost items, they will be discarded after one week, and in the case of food items, they will be discarded on the same day.
You will receive a text message with the check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival date.
Confirmation of reservation means that you have read and agree to all of the above.

WELCOME SERVICE

Welcome drink is prepared in the refrigerator.

CLEANING SERVICE

Cleaning service is not provided.
Additional towels are provided for consecutive nights.

JACCUZZI

Infants and children must be under the supervision of adults.
It is prohibited to use bath materials other than those provided.
Warm pool is available in all four seasons.
Please be sure to wear a swimsuit.
Hanok is a wooden structure which is vulnerable to moisture. Be sure to drain the water immediately after use.

PARKING

Parking space is not available.
We can guide you to free parking areas near the property.

CCTV

CCTVs are installed towards outside for the guests’ safety.
