Room Occupancy(STD/MAX) Rate

  • Standard occupancy is 4 people, maximum occupancy is 6 people (including infants and children).
  • Additional 50,000 KRW is charged per person/night when exceeding the standard occupancy.
RANGE OF DATES AVAILABLE FOR RESERVATION
  • You can reserve maximum 3 nights according to stay's policy.
DISCOUNT BENEFIT
  • 50,000 KRW discount is applied from the second night when reserved for consecutive nights.
  • For reservations of 2 or more consecutive nights, bath salt is provided as a service.

  • Refund policy is applied even if reservation is canceled on the day you make payment.
  • Due to the prolongation of the COVID-19 pandemic, the above refund regulations are followed without exception, so please make your reservation carefully.
  • Full refund will be made if the guest provides documents that prove flight/ship cancellation due to bad weather on the check-in day. (Cancellations on days other than the day of check-in are exceptions)
HAND OVER STAY VOUCHER
  • Resale, hand-over, transfer, or exchange of stay vouchers is prohibited.

GUIDELINES
  • Check-in is at 4 pm, check-out is at 11 am.
  • Same-day reservations and check-in are not possible.
  • Exceeding the maximum occupancy is prohibited.
  • Only guests listed on the reservation can enter the property.
  • No smoking in any areas of the property. Special cleaning fee is charged in case of violation.
  • Please refrain from cooking any food with strong odors or smoke inside of the property.
  • Compensation fee will be charged in case of loss or damage to bedding, equipment, facilities etc.
  • Commercial photography and video shooting without prior agreement are not allowed.
  • Disinfection service is carried out regularly but bugs and insects may still come in due the natural surrounding of the area. Refund is not possible for these reasons.
  • It is a quiet residential area, so please be considerate of outside noise during late hours.
OUTDOOR POOL
  • You can use it without time limit. / Indoor tub is available anytime.
  • Hot water is available free of charge.
BBQ (OPTIONAL)
  • Additional 30,000 KRW is charged when selected in Option.
  • BBQ service can only be prepared if applied at least 1 day in advance.
  • It is not operated during winter season (December-March).
WELCOME SERVICE

  • The welcome service consists of milk, cereal, eggs, white bread, water and beer.

[Reservation since 23.06.01~]

  • Abalone porridge breakfast service is provided once regardless of the period of stay.
  • We'll bring it to the front door between 8:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. the day after check-in.
CLEANING SERVICE
  • Cleaning service is provided when staying over or equal to 3 consecutive nights.
CCTV
  • CCTVs are installed towards the entrance, parking lot, and garden for the guests’ safety.
