      In Nikko, a food culture using "Nikko yuba (tofu skin)" has developed since ancient times, centered on shrines and temples such as "Nikko Toshogu".
      You can enjoy a variety of dishes using seasonal ingredients to your heart's content including "Nikko Yuba" served in a beautiful bowl made with the "Nikko barley" carving technique, etc.
