  • Weekend fee is applied on the day before and the actual day of holiday, Chuseok, and New Years.
  • There are 2 people in standard, and up to 4 people (including infants) can be used without additional amount.
RANGE OF DATES AVAILABLE FOR RESERVATION

  • Reservation can be made up to 180 days after today and each time midnight passes, +1 day will be automatically added.(Based on Korean time)

  • You can reserve maximum of 5 nights according to Losthouse policy.

  • 10% discount is applied when staying for consecutive nights on low season weekdays (New Years, Chuseok excluded).
  • Discount is applied automatically during reservation.

HAND OVER STAY VOUCHER
  • Resale, hand-over, transfer, or exchange of stay vouchers is prohibited.
Things to note
THINGS TO KNOW
  • No smoking in all areas of the property. Special cleaning fee is charged in case of violation.
  • Usage of flammable items is strictly prohibited.
  • Please refrain from cooking any food with strong odors or smoke inside of the property.
  • Compensation fee will be charged in case of loss or damage to beddings or equipment.
  • To protect the environment, disposable items are not provided so please bring your own personal hygiene items.
  • Commercial photography and video shooting without prior agreement are not allowed.
  • Please contact us in advance for commercial rental filming.
  • The property is in a residential area so please refrain from making loud noises during late hours.
  • Disinfection service is carried out regularly but bugs and insects may still come in due the natural surrounding of the area. Refund is not possible for these reasons.
  • For reservations of 4 people, an additional bathroom (adjacent to the bedroom) will be made available.
CLEANING SERVICE
  • Cleaning service is provided when staying over 3 consecutive nights.
  • Cleaning service is not provided when staying less than 2 consecutive nights.
PARKING
  • Parking space is available.
  • If you select parking option, We will check whether parking is available in your 6pm the day before reserved date.
CCTV
  • CCTVs are installed (outside / towards the yard) for the guests' safety.
FOOTBATH
  • Products that may damage the tub are not allowed.
OTHERS
  • Towel and amenity are provided during check-in.
