    • Standard occupancy is 2 people, maximum occupancy is 4 people (including infants and children).
    • Additional 30,000 KRW is charged per person/night when exceeding the standard occupancy.
    • Peak season is July, August, national holidays, and New Year holidays.

    HAND OVER STAY VOUCHER
    • Resale, hand-over, transfer, or exchange of stay vouchers is prohibited.

    GUIDELINES
    • Check-in is 4 pm, check-out is 11 am.
    • Exceeding the maximum occupancy is prohibited.
    • Only guests listed on the reservation can enter the property.
    • Minors cannot stay without a guardian (legal representative).
    • No smoking in any areas of the property. Special cleaning fee is charged in case of violation.
    • Usage of flammable items is strictly prohibited in all areas of the property.

    • Please note that applying pressure, such as leaning on, poking at, or drawing on the paper door in the bedroom building, is prohibited. In case of damage, you will be charged the cost until replacement.

    • Guests are accountable for any safety incidents resulting from a lack of care in safety management.
    • Please take the valuables when you go out. We are not responsible for loss of valuables when you are out.
    • Please refrain from cooking any food with strong odors or smoke inside of the property.
    • Please turn off the air conditioner, boiler, and lights before you check-out.
    • The property is in a residential area so please refrain from making loud noises during late hours.
    • Disinfection service is carried out regularly but bugs and insects may still come in due the natural surrounding of the area. Refund is not possible for these reasons.
    • Commercial photos and videos that have not been agreed upon (including commercials, product photos, shopping malls, and social media markets) and drone photography are not allowed.
    OPEN AIR BATH
    • Limit the use of bath products that may cause drainage problems (various bellflowers, poppy, medicinal herbs, etc.).
    • It is free once per night. If you wish to use it twice, please tell the host.
      For additional use, 50,000 KRW will be added per hot water and water usage (1 ton).
    • Please set the boiler in the Kitchen building to hot water when using the jacuzzi.
    INDOOR TUB
    • Limit the use of bath products that may cause drainage problems.
    GARDEN
    • Medical products are used in outdoor waterside to maintain hygiene, so please refrain from direct contact to the skin such as dipping hand and feet. We are not responsible for skin troubles etc that occur from this.
    CLEANING SERVICE
    • Towels and amenities are provided according to the number of nights.
    • Cleaning service is not provided.

    • One car is available in the parking lot next to the entrance.
