  • Full refund will be made if the guest provides documents that prove flight/ship cancellation due to bad weather on the check-in day.
HAND OVER STAY VOUCHER
  • Resale, hand-over, transfer, or exchange of stay vouchers is prohibited.

GUIDELINES
  • Check-in is at 4 pm, check-out is at 11 am.
  • Exceeding the maximum occupancy is prohibited.
  • Only guests listed on the reservation can enter the property.
  • Please apply for issuance of a cash receipt at least 3 days prior to the date of accommodation.
  • No smoking in any areas of the property. Please smoke outside the gate.
  • Compensation fee will be charged in case of loss or damage to bedding, equipment, facilities etc.
  • Please wash and organize used cooking utensils and tableware.
  • Commercial photos and videos that have not been agreed upon (including commercials, product photos, shopping malls, and social media markets) and drone photography are not allowed.
  • The property is in a residential area so please refrain from making loud noises during late hours.
  • Disinfection service is carried out regularly but bugs and insects may still come in due the natural surrounding of the area. Refund is not possible for these reasons.
  • Early check-in/late check-out is difficult due to cleaning and maintenance time.
CLEANING SERVICE
  • Cleaning service is not provided when staying less than 3 consecutive nights.
  • Cleaning service is provided upon request when staying over or equal to 3 consecutive nights.
